Excellent stay at Hotel Helios. I was very impressed by our room. The view was great, it was spacious and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too! The staff was also incredible. My friend had a pretty bad injury due to an accident with an Uber driver directly outside the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They sent someone with us to the doctor and made sure everything was ok. When we came back they provided us with a drink to ease our pain even though the bar was closed! Thank you for everything!

Great location, comfortable rooms. The pool area needs renovating. it is sad looking and just doesn’t feel like a nice resort it could be. The breakfast is ok but food quality could be better. The parking situation is a nightmare. When we got there, we were guided to the underground parking lot, which is very narrow for a normal car and kind of scared to drive to two floors below as it is so narrow everywhere. They forgot to mention that they had been a fire at that level, and that it was a war zone. We ended up driving in a dark parking lot with live wires hanging from the ceiling and standing water on the ground and had to call for help. Thank God the next day. They had barricades and sign downstairs so people would not get stuck there again and it’s very dangerous situation. Completely unacceptable….All that for $30 a night. We ended up parking in the street every night not to have to deal with this nightmare. The best part truly is the location but the staff is friendly and rooms fine.
