All the services were excellent i really liked the services and its locality to the bus stop and railway stop

Sapphire hotel is at worst location of junagadh. I went there and visited rooms. I found it terrible as no customer was there on 14 july. Rooms and lobby unclean. I went to reception. I told them i will not stay there. And asked for refund but the person suggested me to get back refund from where i booked. I was not filling safe so i left that place and went to another hotel. Service was not upto that mark. Lights in room were dim and low and not maintained properly.

Unclean upholstry and leakage in bathroom. We reached before checkin time due to train late schedule, but charged for 1 full day extra.

Hotel sapphire is very near to bus stand & railway station. One can easily get rickshaw, bus, train. Hotel staff are very cooperative, soft spoken & nicely guide about tourist places & shopping places. Rooms are good, reasonable rates.

Best stay enjoyed stay hygienic good. Recommend to all. Affordable and good food with good service

Good location, v. near bus and train station, short walk to assorted meat and non-meat food. My room was big with a table and chair, shower was generally hot WIFI both good and bad,? No breakfast available when I asked. Staff were all really friendly and tried hard even with my non-existent Gujerati, and allowed a v. early check in. I was on the 4th floor but didn’t care as there is a working lift Unfortunately there were a few negatives, the room got v.hot during the day way beyond the cooling capacity of the fan. You can see how it was when it was initially painted and furnished, but those days are long gone, it needs a substantial facelift,? Nylon sheets! Also the bedding would have been appreciated more by something with 4 legs rather than 2 and was not used.All of these may have been acceptable but 1350 INR when I have stayed in many much better places for a lot less money. I stayed 2 nights and if you need to catch an early bus consider.I note hotel/guest house prices in Gujerat seem a bit dearer than Rajasthan though I may be mistaken and food seems cheaper.
