Отель просто шикарный🔥Вся мебель новая (кровать очень удобная, подушки ортопедические),вид из окна просто шикарный , а ресторан на крыше это что-то нечто! Еще была приятно удивлена сервисом , все сотрудники отеля очень гостеприимные, во всем помогают! Вплоть до того , что могут с вами сходить в магазин , если вы не знаете местность , заказать еду и тд. До пирамид ехать минут 7 на такси , очень близко . Отель рекомендую , мы с мужем остались в восторге!

We had a short stay for our last few days in Egypt. Our room (206) was very spacious with a sofa. The decor was modern and very nice. Our room had a window that overlooked the indoor pool (the outdoor pool is for residents) . We had a fridge, safe, hairdryer and TV. The bed was firm but comfy, and the shower and AC worked great. The best part was the staff who were always ready to help. Abdo, especially, took very good care of us. Also, the onsite restaurant Zeeyara was really good. Recommended

(عربي بانخفاض) IF YOU STILL HAVE TIME, CANCEL AND LOOK FOR OTHER PLACE When you arrive at the hotel there is no one to greet you it looks like an abandoned building, then we waited about 30 min until someone arrived, when I arrived they gave me a completely dirty and disgusting room, here the picture ! with used water bottles, slippers and dirty beds, BUT the WORST thing is that the receptionist was on a call with a friend and he called me WHOR3 ! in arabic he didn't expect me to understand arabic but since I live in Dubai I understood, he called me that way because I was upset about the dirty room and that they wanted to charge me like 4000 EGP more ! I left imidiatly definitely the worst experience in hotel and as a woman I didn't feel safe at any time ! cancel and go somewhere else !!!! لا تفكر في البقاء هنا! إذا كان لا يزال لديك متسع من الوقت ، فقم بإلغاء حجزك وابحث عن خيار آخر. عندما تصل إلى الفندق ، لا يوجد أحد يرحب بك بالطابق السفلي ، فهو لا يبدو حتى وكأنه فندق ، يبدو وكأنه مبنى مهجور ، ثم انتظرنا حوالي 30 دقيقة حتى وصل شخص ما ، وعندما وصلت ، أعطوني قذرة تمامًا وغرفة مقرفة ، ها هي الصورة! مع زجاجات المياه المستعملة والنعال والأسرة المتسخة ، ولكن أسوأ شيء هو أن موظف الاستقبال كان على اتصال مع صديق واتصل بي @Sharmut باللغة العربية ، لم يكن الرجل الوقح يتوقع مني أن أفهم اللغة العربية ، لكن بما أنني أعيش في دبي لفترة طويلة فهمت ، اتصل بي بهذه الطريقة لأنه من الواضح أنني كنت منزعجًا من الغرفة المتسخة وأنهم أرادوا تحصيل رسوم مني مثل 2000 جنيه مصري أكثر ! بالتأكيد أسوأ تجربة في الفندق وبصفتي امرأة لم أشعر بالأمان في أي وقت! إلغاء والذهاب إلى مكان آخر !!!! )

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️
