The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and check-in was seamless. My room was on level 3 (however 1302 does not correspond to the floor number - that was fine). I had to use the key card to activate the lift which gave that extra feeling of security. I used the restaurant in the evening and ordered the soup, a Greek salad and the Melas Burger, which was too much to eat in the end but all dishes were well-prepared and tasty. Although the coleslaw wasn't very creamy (this should be reviewed). The meal was reasonably priced as well for the volume of food that you got. Breakfast after the first night was great. It is offered in a sweeping buffet style with everything from traditional Turkish food (scrambled egg with tomatoes) to a range of cereals, fruits, olives and pastries. I accidentally knocked over the milk in the fridge and the lovely waiters were quick to fix the problems - and with a smile. The waiter team were Ali Can, Avni and Özlem, who couldn't be more helpful. In the evening I had an evening meal in my room, which arrived promptly in the shape of salmon on a bed of grains as well as a very creamy cesarean salad. These were both well-presented and filling. The next morning breakfast was equally as good with the Turkish eggs, a beautiful omlette (suggested and served by Ali promptly). The waiters couldn't do enough: asking if there was anything else you needed to topping up your water. Thank you Teşekkürler. I liked that the restaurant was bright and with a fresh feeling. There was also some relaxing music in the background. I asked for late check out which was also agreed quickly and the receptionist also offered me an umbrella to use after my transplant (which Ali also checked). Thank you all for a very pleasant experience and to Ana also for checking in, in the morning just to make sure everything was OK. I also learned some Turkish - I look forward to my return - geri dönüşümü dört gözle bekliyorum. See you soon!

This hotel is our first choice when we visit Istanbul. Excellent place,logistically, away from the traffic jam but still central. Rooms are comfortable and staff are polite and helpful. In our last visit, Batikan Cicim from reception helped us for our next hotel at Dubai, answered all our requests politely and with a smile. Thanks him a lot, we had wonderful stays at Le Meridien Etiler Istanbul and then at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi in Dubai. Hotel has a stylish restaurant and delicious breakfast. Hotel easily provides you with transfers to avoid taxi crisis so that you don't get worried to get to your target. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at Le Meridien Etiler Istanbul.

Levent Otel is perfect for a stay in Istanbul, it is a 4-minute walk to the main area of levent and well served with taxis, etc to travel and explore the rest of Istanbul. However, we had a few problems with the mix-up of rooms - and one major problem in that there was dirty underwear left from previous guests in one of our rooms. This was reported on the first day of our trip, and still, on the last day of our trip, this was not cleaned/sorted even though we complained a further two times - disgusting and unsanitary!! No attempt was made by the reception/cleaning staff to sort this issue out. English is not great. Would not recommend on the basis of the above.

Das Hotel befindet sich zwischen zwei großen Mals.Beide sind zu Fuß in ca.10 min zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr lecker.Mit viel Liebe zubereitet.Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer.Diese Zimmer haben keine Kleiderschränke.Der Safe ging am Anfang nicht aber der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat mir weitergeholen und es entsprechend eingerichtet. Die Wände sind ein wenig runter gerockt.Die Klimaanlage ging nicht.Es gibt einen Deckenventilator der ist aber nicht laut.Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel mit dem guten Service guter Lage und leckerem Frühstück weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder dort einkehren.

Close to the bus stop, local shops and restaurants. Our room was clean although very small and more suitable for a single person. Includes a Turkish breakfast which makes it good value for money. Receptionists were not the most forthcoming of people and didn’t help when we needed a taxi to the airport. Anyway, we figured out for ourselves that it’s easy enough to hail one of you’re standing in the right spot!

Had a one night stay at the hotel during a brief business trip to Istanbul. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location and price per night. When the surrounding hotels (Hyatt and Wyndhams) were going for €120+ per night, this was around €50 and in my opinion, better than the premium brand neighbors. The checkin was excellent with the COVID-19 precautions very evident. We were given complimentary masks and social distancing was encouraged. The room was spotless and there were seals on the doors to say the room was sanitized. After a great nights sleep on a good bed, the breakfast, which was included in the price was freshly prepared, excellent and huge! Parking was free outside the hotel and as it was in a leafy side street, was a very quiet neighborhood. There is a large range of restaurants, pubs and clubs within fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. Highly recommended and we will return
