All the staffs were very professional, friendly, helpful and provided detail service. The hotel is very clean, tidy and elegant. the hotel is close to bus stops and tram stations, it takes about 2 minutes walk, very convenient. we had a wonderful time. i highly recommend it to friends who need to stay here.

Good location, 2 minutes from airport bus stop. Typical Japanese small room size, it's ok for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel to stay in Kagoshima.

Clean hotel but some maintenance and cosmetic work might be needed. Window light via washroom and bathroom, no outside view and light unless you want to be explored during shower. 1500¥ for hotel parking. Great location that can find many restaurants and shopping.

The location is very central near restaurants and shops. Parking is just next to the hotel. The single room is small but good for 1 person. The room has a simple massage chair. Powerful shower. Room is basic but they make things handy for you.

A few walks to airport shuttle bus and main shopping street. Clean and low profile hotel.

Great location. Lots of restaurant and shopping area around. Room is decent. The chocolate tea is surprisingly great. Only draw back is you almost can’t get your car back till the next morning once you parked.

Great place to stay in Kagoshima in terms of location. Service is efficient and the staff are polite and helpful. Room size is a little small, which is my only (small) gripe, if any.

We stayed for just one night to wait for our next flight. Everything went uncomplicated. Great stay!

Hotel is in shopping area Tenmonkan. Near the Aquarium and Ferry to Sakurajima. Parked my rental car at public car park next to hotel at a fee. Room is rather small for 1 large and 1 medium luggage. Facilities in room are ok. Breakfast is at Tully's coffee downstairs.
