Ulasan Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan PREMIER

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. Check in and out was smooth. The hotel is very nice, clean and looks luxurious. Sited right next to Tenmonkan street and 2 min walk to tenmonkan tram station. Donki and Lawson right next door too. Location is very convenient. Room is abit small but we knew this beforehand. Plenty of thoughtful amenities in the room which we really appreciate. Great stay and will come again next time!

Room is not big but nice and clean. The location is very nice where is so close to shops. Very easy to to around . Highly recommended

This hotel is located smack dab in the middle of Tenmonkan, with literally everything a stone's throw away. Totally recommended. Please note that the hotel is something like a Japanese business hotel so you won't find much of anything else in the hotel, but you do get a nice tub you can soak in after a long day's walk. Plus there is a massage chair for my room type too.

Very convenient and pretty new. Room is regularly small but fine in terms of average room size in Japan. The car park is not in the same building, you need to walk for around 5-8 mins if you are driving over with your car and the Google map shows the name of the car park as Senterrance instead of ‘Centerrance’, so as a foreigner we couldn’t locate it at first and the staffs English isn’t so good so we were frustrated. But jus by guess and luck we are able to find it. We use the self laundry machine but my clothes stink after I used it to wash and dry my clothes. Breakfast is good and staffs are nice in general.

The hotel is just next to the train station and many food stalls nearby. The staff was helpful, I can leave the luggage till the next day, thanks for the lovely staff!!

The hotel is just right opposite to the airport shuttle, very convenient.

Mixed feelings. Hotel is 20 minutes walk (streetcar stop also close to Hotel) from railway station and close to the city center (incl. Tourists Informationen) with many restaurant options. Upgraded business hotel with bathrooms but nothing nice in top (eg no bar, onsen, Spa). Staff speaks limited English and even standard services (e.g. mailing / delivery service) not available but the convenience store saved me. Top floor with nice view and restaurant (European style) and breakfast is also served there. For an upscale business restaurant the breakfast was quite average and lesa good then the pictures in the website, maybe the limited the service because of the sport festival. Takeaway breakfast available if you leave early. Room are small and become overall quite after 22:00. For the price I paid I would have expect more especially if compared to other hotels chain like Dormy Inn, JR Hotela or Ana Crown Plaza which offer more value. Overall nothing bad but also nothing nice.

Good location. Easy access to shopping places and restaurants choices.

room cleaning service before 10 am is a bad idea.

Excellent location, close to many shopping centres like Loft, 山形屋，Donki, many restaurants nearby are good choices for a nice meal, Tourist info centre is nearby for enquiry if neeed; Airport shuttle bus stop is just opposite to the hotel, Room environment is good and big enough( this time we bring 1 kid and 1 infant) I like the coffee table for a cup of coffee every morning.
