The location is great. It is very close to the beach. The rooms are OK, but beware of the marble floors, as they may become slippery. You have to buy or bring your own shampoo, body wash and soap. Overall good, but lots of room for improvement.

We returned to the Lido Star hotel for the third time staying in a Sea View room which was brilliant. All team were fantastic again, Michael, Julien and George and the kitchen team are amazing and really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The cleaners are exceptional keeping the rooms clean and tidy and the common areas spotless. Thank you once again, we'll be returning in 2024. Steve & Jane

We expected a 'luxury garden view' room, except there are no 'garden view' rooms, in my opinion, just an area right in front of the main entrance with tables, chairs and one bogenville tree, but right by a busyish road. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice, however the room was far from luxury. The top of the toilet seat was broken and fell off once lifted, there was no bathroom mat, no hand towels, no shower gel/shampoo. On the plus side, the aircon worked well and when we gave feedback, on day 2 we were offered a choice of other 'garden view' room or a sea view room. We took the sea view one for an extra €€. This was a much nicer room, however the first day there was still no bath mat, and the last night there were no sheets to cover with. The location is good, further away from the very noisy bars and hotels, but the whole hotel could do with some updates. Lots of broken tiles everywhere and I'd suggest using the lift only with luggage, as it's temperamental.

We came out last minute for a long weekend and had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was 41 on the second floor with sea view, the room was clean, modern and very spacious. The shower had sea views and electric blinds meant we could watch the amazing sunrise from the comfort of our bed which was such a beautiful memorable experience. The staff were all full of smiles and very friendly . Greek night on a Friday with dancing and music in the beach front bar, €2 for a large beer through the day. Only a 10minute walk along the beach to get to bar street and the main centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

They don’t serve the food as is written on the menu. Salad with salmon and avocado, without the avocado. Strawberry pancakes without the strawberries. Worse of all, they don’t apologize, and make a big discussion.

Gorgeous views of the mederarian sea. Lindo star is a great little bar. Gorgeous food and such good prices !! Great way to spend a day chilling out or somewhere to stop by. Amazing boho decor and chill music. Love love love. It here. Highly recommend

SEHR SCHRECKLICH! Ich und mein Partner haben ein Doppelzimmer mot einer Terrasse gebucht. Wir waren NICHT im hauptgebäude und unsere Terrasse war ca 1m breit und unser ausblick war eine wand (haben einen ausblick mit gartenblick gebucht) Wir hatten das Zimmer im hintersten Eck!

This place is amazing! The pictures honestly don't do it justice, you walk downstairs from your room and you are literally on the beach. The hotel is clean, well equipped and a perfect location. You are close enough to everything but far enough away to have some peace. The staff are just so so helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately I can't name everyone but if I could I would as we were treated like VIPs, nothing was too much for them. The service, food and cleaning was 5 star and we will be back and recommending to family. Thank you to JULIAN, GIORGOS, MIXALIS, KOSTAS, XRISTOS, NIKOS and all the cleaners, reception and management :)

So firstly when we got to the reception the lady at reception was helpful and gave us all our rooms. My boyfriend and I booked (and payed extra) for a sea view, yet were places in a room on the first floor looking at the entrance of the hotel. The lady at reception then said we’d be moved to a sea view two days before we were meant to leave. This is not what we expected from actually booking the sea view and we were very disappointed. We had breakfast on the first day and it was nothing special- we had breakfast at the little shack near by every morning after that and was so much better. The hotel breakfast only consisted of pastries a bit of cheese and salami and eggs. However saying that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely and really reasonably priced. The hotel was situated in a nice location out looking the beach and was perfect for what we needed only about a 10 min walk from the town of faliraki. The maids were also lovely and cleaned our room near enough everyday :)
