In giving 3 stars for the Buziga Country Restort it would because the staff made it a pleasure to be here! They went above and beyond in service but that’s where I would stop. The facility definitely had its problems as we rented two cottages and the four of us had to move to different rooms because things didn’t work in our first rooms. In fact our second rooms had problems, but they were more livable than the first two. Internet worked most of the time but service was spotty and slow. While the staff acted like a four star Restort this isn’t. Also a warning to anyone who is a picky eater, their meals are definitely more geared toward a Ugandan crowd. A burger isn’t hamburger, there chicken comes out different every time, fish was good but breakfast is not typical. While breakfast is free there are no buffets here. There is no other places close by to eat either. In fact walking is like walking into the slums when you head toward the businesses. Getting rides was easy though but we did tip well. Even so the driver would sit for a few hours at a time to wait on us for our return trip. So that’s an area they excelled as well. The place needs many updates, and A/C means they have fans. It was livable but seriously made us miss home all the more in our second week. Overall if you’re on a tight budget the accommodations will work but if you’re looking for a modern mid level stay somewhere and you can afford better that might be your best option. Again, there is no complaints about the staff or their desire to serve, it’s just much different tha
