The location is excellent, directly connected to the mall, and Kanazawa Station is literally next door, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and accessibility. Would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Jr station, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The room was spacious, though the hairdryer wasn't great. We had a minor incident on our second day, but the hotel manager handled it promptly and with great sincerity, which we really appreciated.

Facilities: For Japan, a 34 sqm room is excellent – spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the buildings are very close together, so you can clearly see into the neighboring units. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Right downstairs is Kanazawa Station, two large shopping malls, and various convenience stores. Service: This is where I have to complain! It states no room service from 9 PM to 7 AM, but even at 9 AM, no one answered when I called for room service. Also, they refused to help me book Myoryuji Temple every time I asked.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, so you can get there without getting wet, even in the rain. There are also plenty of great restaurants, quality liquor stores, and grocery stores right next door, making life very convenient.

This hotel is right next to Kanazawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. I really liked the hotel's exquisite and grand decor. The best part was definitely the smoking room with its dark, atmospheric vibe.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was actually bery spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. It is only a short walk from Kanazawa station and super close to everything we need. The staffs are lovely and very helpful. I had an issue to with luggage (i sent from Tokyo) and they were so kind and understanding and helped me have my bags delivered that very night. I was very grateful! Would definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Hotel is clean and new. Very good service. Only cons. Frankly speaking - food was disapointment. We ordered tart. Extremely basic. Breakfast - not a lot of western variaty. Bread - dry. Not a lot of fruits. Only two kinds of fresh squeezed juice. Expected more

I absolutely love this hotel! 1️⃣ **Convenient Location** It's right next to Kanazawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, next to Starbucks. It's also a ten-minute walk to Montbell. 2️⃣ **Spacious and Clean Rooms** There's plenty of space for two 28-inch suitcases. You can ask the hotel for more complimentary bottled water, which is very generous. 3️⃣ **Plenty of Shopping and Dining Options** Being right next to Kanazawa Station means there's great shopping and delicious food everywhere. Many popular restaurants are located there. No worries about breakfast – the bakery across from 7-Eleven is excellent. You can even pop back to the hotel to rest when you're tired from shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa.

1 Perfect location connected the Crossgate Mall which is connected to another mall, where is connected to the Kanazawa station, outside of which you can take buss to all the places you want to go. 2 Huge room, compared to many other Japanese hotel. 3 Reasonable price as it’s Hyatt Centric, not premium brands of Hyatt, but have all u need. The breakfast is superb! Very happy staying here.
