Hotel Kandy dengan Bar

We went to the restaurant for a meal with some friends from UK. We were so pleased with the attention and service given to us (and all the others there) by the restaurant staff. We would specially like to mention our hostess Sakunthala and the Captain, Dilshan for the attention given to all our requirements.

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

Everything was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed there one night and the location and everything can recommend to a third party. The food is really good and the environment is very calming. the location is very easy to access every main location in Kandy. Travelers can view beautiful panoramic views. the staff were very friendly.

無變泳池擁有一流的風景，從泳池可以看到Kandy美麗的風景，房間的風景也不錯。到了酒店以後，酒店工作人員會幫忙協助辦理入住，並提供welcome drink，酒店比較大，我入住的房間相對比較遠。房間比較大，三人間有2張拼到一起的床，和一張單人床，足夠三個人睡覺。房間比較大，有空調和風扇，房間的落地窗不錯，有一個小陽台，可以用來發獃。房間不足的地方是的確比較舊，個別毛巾有點黑，而且感覺衛生間馬桶的衛生沒有搞好!在酒店吃了自助晚餐，價格3000多盧比，種類挺多，味道也不錯! 但是自助晚餐不含酒水，飯後需要給一些小費(畢竟這麪是小費國家)。另外補充一句，這個酒店在攜程感覺比其他平台都便宜!

Our stay at King’s Pavilion was truly a piece of paradise on earth. The staff went above and beyond, always kind and exceptionally helpful. They provided valuable advice, assisted in organizing activities, and effortlessly accommodated every request we had. The rooms are open to a balcony and it is a treat to have tea viewing the magnificent mountains.. The level of hospitality matches the famed Celonese hospitality and will be remembered for long and a must experience in Sri Lanka visit..

A very shiny and modern-looking hotel, the bed was very comfortable and inviting for a good night's sleep. The food was delicious, even if there were less options than in other places. A small complaint is that due to how ”luxurious” it is, the waiter would not let us use the water glasses on our tables for anything other than water. Unfortunately, during the night a waiter confused the room order numbers and proceeded to knock on our door, and then call us in the room, at 2:30am for a room service delivery that wasn't ours. I have noticed that unfortunately quite a few staff will confuse numbers, and not re-check them with the person. So if you're staying in this hotel, please make sure you repeat the numbers carefully and ensure that it is clear which room the staff have to go to :)

We went to the hotel for dinner. There was a wide variety of foods from around the world including traditional sri lankan dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted great! Special thanks to Indika Davi who made us feel very well looked after throughout the meal. Would recommend sitting outside so you can tale in the beautiful view.
