Fortunately, we cannot confirm the older reviews. Apparently the management has changed. Hot water and wifi are fine. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. It is right opposite the famous "Temple of the Tooth". From some rooms (unfortunately only a few) you have a direct view! Rooms without a direct view of the temple can use an extra shared balcony. The hotel's restaurant also has a beautiful view of the temple. That's really great. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city. However, we still preferred to take the tuk tuk. Communication with the manager was very friendly and he helped us several times with problems. Many, many thanks.

We stayed here for the purpose future minds exhibition.... Very calm and peaceful place, the view from the restaurant is amazing... More than that , the service is excellent too, very flexible and attentive...

Kind, friendly, welcoming staff. The chef is amazing and I had the best Sri Lankan chicken curry anywhere in Sri Lanka. The location is fantastic half way up a hill overlooking Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth and an easy walk into town, the market and the Temple. The room was very comfortable, a modern bathroom with big walk in shower. Toiletries, hairdryer and tea and coffee in the room.

The staff is warming, the prices are decent, the food is tasty, very good view. I had a great time in there. I recommend!! The facilities are in great shape, I can vouch this will give you a great place to stay!

We stayed one night at Heaven Seven Kandy. It was truly comfortable, had a lovely sight from the hotel lobby and from the terrace. The staff is super-friendly and we had a very nice (simple, but tasty) breakfast. The hot water comes after a short time, but we spent a lovely evening there. The hotel is very close to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

The best of it was the kindness of all the staff, it made the stay more comfortable if possible. Neat room for my wife and son. Everything was good. We didn't expect anything, but we got everything. Food was delicious and no problem to order something unexpected, they adjust to your taste. Kandy is such a beautiful place, but our stay in Seven Heaven made it more special, till the point that we decided to stay another extra day.

There was no hot water in the bathroom and no Wi_Fi in the rooms upstairs. Both of these were promised at check-in. Neither of these was available. Frustrated traveler today. Wi_Fi works fine in the lobby and the manager tried to tell me the issue with the upstairs Wi_Fi was because of the rain.

Beste Aussicht auf den See in Kandy und auf den Zahntempel. Das Personal, der Koch und der Manager sind super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Auch der Wäscheservice hat gut und schnell funktioniert. Die Küche ist sehr gut auch zum Abendessen. Außerdem sind die Zimmer wirklich sauber und edel. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist auch gut und das Wasser ist immer Warm.
