We have 7 two bed room Villa and 1 five bed room Villa all come with a maid room and kitchenette a unique feature offering a spacious and warm stay. Thyme with adjacent outside space offering authentic Indian and International cuisine with a seating for up to 130 people. 2082 with outside and inside space and seating capacity of up to 30 people. Banquet Space spanning over 2000 sq. ft. area. Home Cinema with seating capacity for 15 people along with dedicated kids play area. 1 Indoor temperature controlled swimming pool with kids pool. 3 Individual Spa therapy rooms and one couple massage room. The hotel offers a gym walking trail around the hotel meditation Room herbs Garden and fire pit.

Amenities mentioned are not true. No bar no gaming zone only a snooker table and table tennis available. No kids playing area. Washrooms are not having proper functioning like no water in washbasin. Leakage in bathroom. There is no one to receive you when you enter the hotel. We waited for 20 minutes no one came to collect our luggage. The staff at reception is not so helpful. Management is not good. We were 6 adults and one kid. We have done the booking also. Manager said you guys are 9 people but have done the bookings for 6 only. That’s the hospitality of this hotel. After one day we were only guests left and at dinner the restaurant said that tandoori menu can’t be opened as the occupancy is low. We told at reception the person said that’s restaurants call. I said we have given the money for the all said facilities and amenities but the receptionist said no you have given only the room rent not for other things. In amenities list there is written fireplace and bonfire (paid. So we demanded fireplace in the restaurant to start they denied first and then said it’s chargeable. there is gym mentioned also but they said no its in shimla only. Food is also ok ok. Special mention for staff - night receptionist is not so helpful have a different attitude like we are demanding something out of this world. Rest all staff was helpful. Overall experience is ok. Management should be more concerned about customer. We felt that they do not care. The view is great though. Location is also good. Im not against the hotel but this kind of experience is new in 20 years.

I traveled as honeymoon couple. Resort did all arrangements perfectly to make my stay memorable. Beautiful ❤️ and spacious rooms. We stayed in standard room. Very clean and maintained rooms. Stayed in this property for 2D/2N on our way from Manali to McLeod Ganj and sharing my experience. The Good - 1. Location of the property, conveniently located on Palampur Road, with tea gardens in the backyard. 2. The room size is spacious (Super Deluxe Mountain View with Balcony) with a clear view of Dhauladhar Peaks overlooking an open garden 3. Cleanliness is good, both in rooms and overall. The Ok - 1. Food was good but the first day they didn't have breakfast buffet so it was made to order, no complaints there though. 2. Staff were courteous but cold in their behaviour except the supervising manager who looked enthusiastic. 3. The bathroom was bit dimly lit that made it appear dirty, request to look into this. The Bad - 1. Considering Palampur is an offbeat destination, the price charged seemed on the heavier side. There was something missing in the overall stay, perhaps because of less visitors as it was weekdays and nothing specific that would make the stay memorable. Anybody visiting Palampur can opt for this if the stay is short because except Bir Billing and Baijnath Temple, Palampur per se has nothing much to offer.

ABOUT US LEELA HERITAGE VILLA building was built around in the late 1890s, the Cottage is having 3 family suits and 2 double occupancies rooms in the outhouse, and all the rooms in the cottage are having 1 super King size bed with 1 single bed, if there are more than 3 people then extra bedding can be provided but chargeable. All family suites are having attached Kitchens and bathrooms. In the outhouse rooms there is one super king-size bed and extra bedding can be provided on demand and an attached washroom in all the rooms. Cottage rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is Ample space of parking so guests can park their cars and from the parking, there is easy excess to the rooms. There is a garden in front of the rooms where guests can sit and can enjoy and relax by watching the Valley view from the garden. Additional facilities Provided- 1. To be amidst nature in this wonderful resort / farm was a God send experience. What sets its apart is the personal indulgence of the ever smiling staff ably led by the owner - Mr Samiridh Katoch. I was stay in this hotel at last month with my wife. I loved my trip, there was an amazing staff and delicious food. Staff behaviour was so polite specially housekeeping manager Mr Rajeev Choudary, he knows very well how to handle guest and what is guest exception. Other staff of Housekeeping who did clean my room they guys were super they did litterly proper clean and proper set-up my belongings. I would like to definately vist again this hotel and i would say everyone you can stay this hotel and enjoy your tirp. Thanks team for making my vist awesome.
