Hotel Avante was a 4-min ride to Castro Street where my office was. Hotel room was big, clean and comfortable. Only wished they had a water dispenser along the hallway (there’s one in the gym I heard later on). Small breakfast option that you can order, apart from the free tea/coffee/juice and fruits that they offer at the lobby. Some restaurants around the hotel.

The important things when you’re traveling is the customer service. I stayed at the Aloft for about a week and a half. The staff was kind and so welcoming. Andy , and Chris at FD were so amazing, please stop by the bar to meet Selvin. The Manager Amelia was absolutely incredible. The rooms are rugless which is a plus!! And the rooms are very clean. I loved my stay and will be back!!

Awful hotel. They had a screw up with the rate, because of how I had to book it through an agency and the management felt the need to lecture me and not listen to me or work with me. Just awful customer service who wouldn’t even listen to me and talked over me. In addition, the room I had was basically windowless looking out on a wall that was so close it let in absolutely no natural light. This was due to the hotel design to get in more rooms, not other buildings. I arrived later at night due to my flight being delayed and it took over 30 minutes to check in because their card reader wouldn’t work. Their breakfast wasn’t even as good as all other Hampton Inns I have stayed at since it only had Apples for fruit and some people can’t have them due to not being able to bite into a full apple without cutting it up or fructose allergies - absolutely no other options, unlike every other Hampton I’ve stayed in. Their “spa” was even closed because of issues. They seriously need new management at this hotel, since they clearly aren’t running a smooth organization with so many problems. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great staff! Affordable, Great location and Comfortable. It exceed our expectations. We will definitely be back. It had all the amenities you need breakfast, a gym, guest laundry, TV, microwave, refrigerator and comfortable bed with awesome pillows. The bathroom shower was big and it had Bath and Body Works products which was a delightful treat.
