Good location. The service was good and the room is big. There is a self-service paid laundry machine in the hotel where you can do laundry.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

Location is pretty bad(approximately 10-15min from nearest mrt) but nice view compensate everything. Worth staying

The hotel’s location is ok and it take about 15 minutes walk to metro.There are also a lot of small stores near the hotel so it is easy to go to eat breakfast and buy stuff

Nice staff. Air con worked intermittently and the room got very hot. Gym was very small and outdated. Breakfast was run efficiently. Overall I’m not sure how this managed a 5 star rating on trip as everything was only just okay
