I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel located in close proximity to the airport during my trip to Taiwan. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional! Firstly, the hotel's convenient location near the airport made it an ideal choice for transit travelers like myself. The complimentary drop-off service provided by the hotel ensured a hassle-free journey to catch my flight. The efficient and timely transport service offered peace of mind, especially when dealing with early morning departures. When it comes to service, the hotel staff truly went above and beyond. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The reception staff were knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate individual needs were truly commendable. Moving on to the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern, clean, and cozy ambiance. The well-appointed rooms were spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. The contemporary decor and tasteful furnishings added a touch of elegance to the overall experience. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as everything appeared to be in pristine condition. The hotel's amenities further enhanced my stay. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep after a long journey, and the well-equipped bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi kept me connected to my loved ones and allowed me to catch up on some work during my stay. To top it off, the hotel's dining options were delightful. The in-house restaurant offered a wide array of delicious local and international cuisine, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The attentive and friendly staff made dining a pleasurable experience. Overall, my stay at this Riverside hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of its convenient location, excellent service, and modern, clean, and cozy rooms made it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and impeccable service during their visit to Taiwan.

The location is good for late arrival or early flight in the next morning, though the options for breakfast are quite limited. The room is quite tidy, no stains or any smell. I arrived in midnight, there was a staff looking ready to pick me up. Though there was only one staff serving, my request were solved efficiently. Since I was staying for only a few hours, I got no time to test the facilities. Overall, it was a good experience.

The shower was rusty and I used a shower filter that I took just in case. There are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom, so you need mosquito repellent. There are not many breakfasts and the taste is not that good. Overall, it seems to be a cost-effective accommodation for just sleeping.

The hotel could probably be considered modern 40 years ago... and the room was somewhat kaput (chain lock was broken) and not well-cleaned (lots of hair on the floor, bad smell from toilet bowl, moldy refrigerator...). But the double room I had was spacious and well furnished (wardrobe, tea table and chairs, desk, etc). So it could be considered an inexpensive Saturday alternative (most hotels in Taiwan double or even triple their rates on Saturday), or a little trip down Taiwan memory lane.

The location is at a good spot near the metro. The staff is very helpful and they were ready to help me in every case. Please note if you are claustrophobic then please don't book a room without a window.

We was gladly appreciate the staff given us upgrade to a two queens beds. We love the hotel as it was pretty nice and cosy. There is free laundry and dryer available. They also give customers free ice-cream. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Main Station, which was very convenient for us. The hotel room was very clean, in which the beds and facilities inside were maintained at a high level of hygiene. The service of the hotel staff was magnificent. There was a slight leakage problem under the toilet sink, and after we informed them of the issue in the morning, they already fixed it when we came back to the hotel in late afternoon. They were really efficient and also very friendly in responding to our queries. In terms of facilities, we felt that there can be a few improvements. First of all, there were no microwaves inside the hotel. We suggest adding some in order for guests to reheat food that they might want to eat at the hotel. Also, it would be great if there is a common area for guests to sit down and chat or eat together. In addition, the TV remote control in our room had a really slow response time, in which each button took like 5 seconds to work. What surprised us was how spacious the room was. For its price, the size of the room felt like a bargain. The intelligent voice butler (small AI-esque machine) in the room was also a fun device to use and play with. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to travellers in Kaohsiung.

高雄駅から徒歩５分で至極便利な立地でした。 地下階の食事会場では24時間自由にコーヒーやソフトドリンク、アイスクリームや肉まんなども提供されており、立地とサービスのコストパフォーマンスはとても良いです。フロントにも常時スタッフがいて挨拶もしてくれたので気持ちよく過ごせました。

Hotel is in good location which is close to Kaohsiung train/metro station. We have booked a twin room and limited space to open 2 luggages at the same time. However, bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is so so: limited choices, hot dishes are not hot.
