We stayed for 11 nights with our 2.5yr old. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by stunning views. It was perfect for our toddler as there is so much safe space to run around. Our room was nice. Small, but fine. We were expecting a French balcony but got a standard balcony which was a nice surprise. We have no mobility issues, but I struggled a bit with the amount of uphill walks and steps - even with the lifts there is a fair bit of walking required. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone with mobility issues. Of the 3 beaches that the hotel has, marina and sunrise were our favourite. They were very chilled. Food was ok, there was always something for everyone. But it could be improved. I have had better in other resorts. Moonlight was our favourite restaurant for atmosphere however the food was better in Lykia. So we split our time between the two. Lykia was especially better for our fussy toddler who likes to live off pasta. We tried the A La Carte Italian which was fantastic and well worth the extra cost. Drinks could also be improved. The cocktails are weak - which is not a problem for me - however they also just did not taste very good. They did seem to improve as our time went on there. Sunrise bar had the better cocktails, Agora bar was ok. I believe sunset bar has the best but we were unable to try this as it’s over 16s only. Smoking I found to be a problem. As a non smoking family, we were always disappointed to be surrounded by smoke especially at meal times. While I understand that this is acceptable in Turkey, it would be nice if the hotel (as with all hotels) could have designated smoking / non smoking areas, particularly in eating areas. Staff were friendly, but we found service to be pretty non existent (even when tipping). I wouldn’t mark the hotel down on this, it was just a surprise as we are used to some minimal table service (drinks for example) at meal times. There is a great play area for younger kids. My daughter loved it and it was nice to have a shaded area for her to play. The kids club seemed good but we didn’t spend much time there. Charlie in particular was great. The hotel has a silent day on a Monday with no entertainment or shows. This didn’t bother us but it would be nice to have some music on the speakers around the pool at least. Although i think some improvements could be made, we would definitely return to this hotel.
