Hotel 4 bintang Karlovy Vary yang Popular

Excellent. Hotel was in a great location, clean, staff was helpful and courteous. Room was spacious with balcony, which was very nice. Breakfast spread was also very nice (selection and amount). We were really impressed with the value of the stay here. We did opt to pay extra for the included dinner, which was well worth it. I would rate the dinner 3.5 to 4 out of 5. This is a 160 year old hotel, so expect things to be dated. However the keep it in good shape so that adds to the charm. You will not be disappointed here. I only wish the shower was a bit bigger…other than that, I thought it was great!

We stayed at EA Atlantic Palace Hotel Karlovy Vary for 19 nights in April 2022. We booked a package with breakfast and lunch included as well as SPA treatment on hotel premises. The hotel SPA is located on the second hotel floor, just steps away from our room upstairs what is very convenient. The hotel is distinctive for perfect location few minutes on feet to all water springs in the heart of the city, just on the banks of Tepla river. We have been provided us with a deluxe spacy room with a balcony. The hotel itself and hotel spa facilities were recently renovated. Our room had an excellent designers furniture and built in spacy cabinets with lights inside, what makes the atmosphere cozy feeling you at home. We have also to mention dedicated hotel staff in reception, attentiveness of hotel SPA staff and especially Alisa, the manager. We must also to mention the tasty food in hotel restaurant and especially Oleg who is a restaurant chef. The hotel is definitely worth the money we paid. The hotel itself is on a shopping street and whilst it’s not on the main tourist street on the Hotel Pupp side of town, the location is perfect if you are arriving by train, at either station. It took us only around 10 minutes walk from Karlovy Vary main station which is that which connects to Prague. Nearby are restaurants, Billa supermarket and plenty of coffee shops so you certainly have plenty of facilities nearby. The suite we had was for a family of four and it was nice and clean, nice bright neutral colours, and the room was comfortable. The property relies on remote check in and a code system to get in and out of the property but all worked spot on, and the property was in touch to ask if we needed anything so we were happy. Smart tv, good internet, we loved our stay at Revelton Suites and were happy with the our choice for sure.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary this hotel is in an old style building and require some improvements. The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day. The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food. We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

I was so dissapointed... I thought that paying a place a bit expensive will give me finally a good customer experience in the Czech Republic, but the staff poorly spoke english and they did not try to be nice. There was one girl in reception that spoke good english and was really nice and even told me happy bday (the only one ) but the worst thing: I paid 50EUR for a ”bdaySet” because it was my bday, I saw photos of the bday set, it looked pretty so i said why not... when I arrived to the room, it was just a bottle of champagne and a cake... nothing else, not balloons like in the photo or anything else, oh, a couple of flowers... The psackage said that I will receive 3 procedures per day, I stayed 2 and I received only 3, one is a very nice Thai massage, but the other 2 ones, not worth it... If you dont speak russian or german and have money to spend, I recommend you to pay a hotel in downtown, this place is quite far, and the elevators.... be ready to wait long time...
