My booking was in standard room but first day they gave me suite room as they said all other rooms are occupied so repacking luggage was a troublesome thing, in standard room there was no window for natural day light, my room door electronic key was to be activated daily after 12 noon which when i took objection the receptionist activated for my complete stay but it’s a wrong practice, morning 7am or 8am many a times tap water slows down like there is water storage issue, food prices are on higher side too, room service direct phone no is not available for all things we have to call reception, in my stay in room no 220 wifi service was disconnected for complete one day and after my complaint it was resolved
