Noormahal Palace Hotel

The hotel is unbelievably beautiful. Staff is very courteous, especially Anchal. We traveled with a child, who had so much fun. We particularly loved the view from their terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had enough options for everyone.

We planned our baby's first birthday at Noor Mahal, and it was phenomenol. The Frontier Mail restaurant manager Ravish Kishan was really supportive he planned the entire bday which is one of the best kind. Restaurant service staff Navdeep and arti provided a great service. We had a very child friendly experience with our baby. Chef had made a really good dishes to fullfull our appetite. They made seprate dishesh for our baby that was heart touching. Great planning, great decoration and great service.

Everything was amazing, right from the welcome, prompt and friendly staff, parking, outdoor activities and meals. The property is well planned and gives a feeling of royalty. The rooms were comfortable and large. Cleanliness was amazing. Although 3 functions were happening simultaneously, it never felt congested.

we stayed at the Noormahal in January 2025. We were a big group, about 65-70 people - and right from our welcome to our departure every detail was met with great care. There were many other groups staying at the hotel at the same time, but things ran seamlessly. A very special thanks to Mr Sahil, Assistant front office manager who help me find an item that was left behind in my room- despite it being a busy weekend. He made sure it was shipped back to me in good condition. Very pleased with his assistance and service.

The staff were amazing and super attentive I could not rate this hotel more they made us so welcome and the wedding was amazing , it was like a movie thank you for the wonderful stay . Aarti was amazing and extremely welcoming she could not have been nicer. Shubham could not have been nicer and was always there if we needed anything , the staff made the place

Stayed at Noormahal for a friend’s wedding and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Checkin was quick and easy with no fuss. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The only complaint would be the loud noise coming from outside at 2am one of the nights as the staff were preparing for a wedding. We were there during wedding season so noise can be expected at late hours of the night. Once we called reception to complain the noise ceased almost immediately. Food buffet was lovely with a variety of food available. Aanchal was one of the staff that saw us off on our last day making sure our check out was smooth. Very kind and lovely staff member. Would recommend the hotel!
