Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. What made our stay extraordinary is the wonderful service and the kind and dedicated staff. Thank you!

The hotel was very beautiful the design appeared thoughtful with good details creating a warm and relaxing environment. The SPA was phenomenal! Beautiful and relaxing. The staff and little things like welcome gifts really made the stay that much more special. Highly recommend this hotel to those wanting a relaxing Crete stay. The signature suite was phenomenal with a very relaxing private sauna. Beautiful room with great service.

I'm pretty surprised with what i saw and did not expect this level of customer experience professionalism. Every room has its own private pool, and these pools are we constructed, cold water, small waterfall , comfy sun beds, and outdoor shower. The room is cosy with many smart features. Bed and pillow options are so restful. Breakfast top notch with lost of Varieties for every taste. Tried also ANASA, and the lobster linguini was one of the best plates I've ever tried literally. Now here come my favourite part. Customer service! This hotel should be schooling the customer service as they exceed any expectations. Two major points: - a 24/7 whatsapp service for any inquiry/complaints or reservation - As an ******* gold member, we usually don't get approached by the offers we get (like free massage or 20% discounts). Surprisingly, all the hotel staff were offering us our special offers and not hiding or ignoring it like other hotels. This is a big + - The best evaluation of customer service is when you see how they react to your complaint, which was excellent when we found no hot water in the shower Don't miss the beach area and spa services. Both were pleasant And finally, this is the best and closest hotel from Heraklion airport only 20mins drive which is very convenient

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Pnoe Breathing Life, and it was nothing short of amazing! We stayed in a room with a private pool, which made the experience incredibly intimate and luxurious. The room itself was beautifully designed, modern, and spotless, with attention to every detail. The private pool added a special touch to our stay, offering us complete privacy and a serene atmosphere to relax and enjoy each other's company. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Every moment felt like a true escape, surrounded by tranquility. This was the perfect romantic getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an early morning flight and went to the reception at around 5:50 am. There was no one around and no message that anyone was going to be there any time soon. We walked around the reception, messaged them on WhatsApp (which said it only works after 8 am), waited for 15 min, and then gave up as we had to catch a flight. I left them the keys on the desk. All fine. I then get a really rude message from the hotel saying I should have known that all hotels have 24 hour reception desks and that I should have waited for someone to come because I had a dinner bill to pay. This was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I had given them my credit card when I checked in (like for all hotels) and I don’t know how I was supposed to know to wait around indefinitely with a flight to catch without knowing if anyone was going to turn up any time soon. This was the only rude, unprofessional treatment received in two lovely weeks in Greece. Absolutely do not go to this hotel!

Enjoyed a relaxing week in the new hotel Pnoe Breathing Life. The resort provides an adults only tranquil environment. All rooms have private pools giving you the option to relax on your own terrace, at the hotels pool or the beach. The hotel has its own section on the beach with comfortable loungers, towels and water, you can order food and drink to your sunbed using the app. As it is a relatively small hotel and has been landscaped beautifully it always feels calm and peaceful. All the staff are warm, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you are well cared for. There are two restaurants Anasa and Thymises both serving delicious food. We particularly liked Thymises a part of the very popular Peskesi restaurant in Heraklion. They serve organic farm to table traditional Cretan food, which seems in keeping with the hotels concept of providing a luxury resort based around wellness. We only used the spa once for a dry flotation which was very relaxing. A highlight of the holiday was a daily yoga session run by Konstantinos. Konstantinos managed to adapt the sessions to the differing needs of the group, he is clearly a very experienced and intuitive teacher - highly recommended. During the seven days we were here we didn't leave the site as we never felt we needed anything else, which speaks for itself. If you are looking to recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel for what it is. Pros The room was very nice, the beach beautiful and only a few minutes, flat walk. There was lots of space for sun loungers by both the pool and beach I didn’t eat in the restaurant but I had room service and it was very good. The staff were all super helpful. I cannot fault at all. The spa is very nice. I had a Barbara Sturm facial and signature hotel massage. Both very good and I felt super relaxed. Cons These are small things: I found it all too hi-tech. This is my personal preference, but I don’t like smart rooms and like to be able to do things myself. The app worked at night to turn the lights off or else I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out and let me set the AC. But in the morning when I woke it was no longer working and it took me quite a while to figure out how to open the curtains. I think you should be able to order drinks to your beach sun lounger beyond 5.30pm - most people like to stay until the sun sets but this was not an option.
