Beautiful and modern cabin with all the in house amenities! We bought our own food from the nearby supermarket and was able to enjoy our feast in such a comfortable accommodation!

Delectable Breakfast: The diverse breakfast options were a culinary delight each morning. 🙁Not So OK: Secluded Location: Its distance from the city and public transport requires some planning. Seasonal Crowds: Winter brings the beauty of snow but also high demand and prices. 👌Just OK: 👨‍🦲Zen Minimalism: The room's minimalist Zen decor may not resonate with those in search of traditional luxury. Standard Amenities: The facilities met our needs without exceeding expectations. Ski Area Access: While the hotel offers a shuttle to the ski area, there is still a walk involved to reach the ski gates, which might be a consideration for some guests. 💡 Tips and Recommendation: ♨Onsen Choices: Opt for the building with its own onsen for a private dip, or brave the open-air onsen for a magical winter experience. 🚘Transport Planning: While there's a shuttle service, having private transportation is convenient. We stayed at this hotel recently and really appreciated the stay. The stay actually started off bumpy with some misunderstanding of our reservation that had us cramped into a small room with no possibility of adding a roll-away. The young woman who checked us in said there was nothing she could do, so we took her for her word and proceeded to our room. When we got to our room, we realized that we would end up with a disastrous stay contrary to what we were expecting--a wonderful and serene one--as the room was way too small. When the bell person (Rajesh) brought our luggage, we informed him, that the room would not work for our family of four. Though it was not his responsibility per se, Rajesh immediately went to work to seek out any other options we could have to accompany us and, long story short, he helped us stay in a bigger room that was more appropriate--though considered a downgrade. The fact that a bell person would go out of his realm of responsibility to meet our needs was truly appreciated allowing us all to fully enjoy our stay. We ended up having dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and fully appreciated the friendliness and service of the restaurant staff as well as the healthy, delicious, and local foods that were served. There is no doubt we would return to stay there again thanks to Rajesh and his excellent customer service!

This is a brand new hotel with a great location, an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. I wanted to find the interior/graphic designers responsible for the hotel and give them a hug a few times - clever little details run throughout the property. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. It was very spacious and spotless. Very nice ambiance overall. Guests seemed to be mainly couples. We visited with our 4 year old son, and while he was the only kid we saw at the hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and staff was friendly and kind to all of us! Our son enjoyed the hotel too. Breakfast was included in our rate, and was a daily highlight. The Spanish restaurant on the ground floor dished up fantastic, innovative filling dishes. Certainly far from your standard hotel breakfast offerings. I was very happy to support this hotel that was brave enough to open in the middle of the pandemic! Had a fantastic experience, and would recommend this place without hesitation. Hope to be back!

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.

The front desk staff has no knowledge of English, making communications difficult. The parking expense was too high for affordability, one night with 8000 yen. You can’t image the fee level as such.

We stayed for 2 nights in May and found the location inconvenient - a distance from the Karuizawa station with nothing much nearby. There was a limited shuttle service that was useful for check in and check out, but finding food nearby for dinner was difficult, especially if the restaurant is full. The room was adequate and there were ample water dispensers on the property to refill your bottles. The spa was excellent - definitely pre book if you are keen for a treatment.

Out of the world location with breathtaking views and stark fall colours all around. Sumptuous buffet breakfast though with limited choice for an Indian vegetarian. Luxurious rooms. Lavishly furnished hot spring bath area, complimentary during stay. Free bus shuttle every few minutes to the railway station and nearby important places. On the flip side, (a) lunch buffet in the hotel's restaurant was fully booked; (b) bell service involves long wait and we had to pull our heavy strollers half a km from the room to the foyer on an inclined path carpeted all along making the task very strenuous and tiring.

二度目の滞在で今回は2泊しました。 1泊はファミリールームに滞在しましたが家族3人で過ごすには十分な広さで、とても快適でした。 バルコニーからは自然に囲まれたゴルフコースと浅間山を望むことができ、心が落ち着きます。 こちらのホテルは別館にある温泉が素晴らしいです。 天気の良い昼間には浅間山を見ながら湯船に浸かれてとても気持ちが良いです。 朝食ビュッフェでは感染対策がしっかりとなされていて安心して食事ができました。 フルーツジュースがおかわりするほど美味しくて好きです。 ホテルスタッフは物腰が柔らかく、すれ違う際には挨拶をしてくれる方々ばかり。 とても気持ちよく滞在することができました。
