Ulasan Qinivake International Hotel (Kashgar Ancient City)

Stay away from the rooms in the North Tower. They are dilapidated. My bathroom door could not close. The towels were damp. The shower had no shower curtain or anything that would prevent the bathroom floor from being all wet (see picture) I could not stay in the North tower, which looked like it was built in 1950s and have not been maintained or properly cleaned for 30 years. The carpet on the staircase was crumbled (see picture), like someone threw a crumbled towel on the floor. It was just disgusting. I paid for an upgrade to the main hotel tower. The rooms were much better than North Tower, but the signs of age, neglect and bad housekeeping were there. Floors were filthy, and the packaging of my tea bag had a hole (see picture). Please choose another hotel if you can. Do not be tempted to stay here just because it is close to the Old Town.

I've stayed here several times over the years; always a reliable option. Well located by the old city with lots of food and drink options nearby. Rooms are comfortable and the WiFi is good. Will stay again.

Great location, a walking distance to the Ancient City. The room is quite spacious for two persons. There was a full bathroom amenities provided. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breafast buffet had a variety of choice.

I have been visiting this hotel since 2015 and have stayed here around 7-8 times. Every time I've visited, I've had a wonderful experience. Last week, I visited again, but this time the experience was not as great. I booked online, and upon arrival, I was directed to the nearest building, called Zhong-ba Building, which I was unaware is part of Qinivake Hotel. While the room was acceptable, the lobby and corridors had an unpleasant smell. This was the first time I faced such an issue, having stayed here many times before. The main building’s rooms and facilities are excellent, and I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future—but I will definitely avoid the Zhong-ba Building

The hotel is in a great location right in front of one of the entrances of the old city, the staff is very kind and supportive and the breakfast has both western and asian stile food. I'd definitely recommend it

Very close to ancient town and services. Overall good but one staff member was not polite.

International hotel, so some English is spoken by the personnel. They are professional and used to handling internationals. It is a large hotel with many rooms. Some fruit is available for you when you enter the room. In case you are sensitive to noise, the windows are not that sound proof and they have welcome shows and dancing in the middle of the square until evening.

Excellent location close to Kashgar ancient city and amenities.room is huge and clean every day.we loved the welcome dance hosted by hotel everyday.it is so enjoyable to watch the pretty xin Xiang girls dance we stay here for 5 days.highly recommended to all who planned to visit Kashgar.it valued for money not so expensive.

Conveniently close to old town. There are several buildings, and there is a small convenience store located nearby

Old wing is pathetic. Hotel's age is telling.

The hotel is located very close to the west side of the Kashi old city (walking distance to the west gate). Many restaurants and shops nearby. We were staying in a family suite, the suite is quite big, with one king bed and one bunk bed can accommodate a family of 4-5. The shower area is very spacious, you really need to be careful as the floor is slippery while the hotel offer you a very small place met (but it’s slippery as well). Standard amenities like most of the hotel. The hotel has been operating for more than 30 years, so the decorations is a bit old. While the bedsheets are clean, overall cleanliness still have room to improve. I can hear quite well the sounds from the water drainage while I was in the bed. For breakfast, there are wide range of choices, I was just disappointed that the hotel offer instant coffee powder as coffee. Staff are helpful and nice there. In my opinion, this hotel has many areas can further improve in order to become more competitive.

Pros: 1) Location just 5 mins walk to the old city 2) Near to many restaurants and comvenience store just right beside the hotel. 3) Service staff allows for a slightly late check out 4) Front staffs serve with a smile and are friendly 5) They have nightly performance show.. better than the open city show in the old city and much less crowded. Cons: 1) its a huge hotel and gets crowded with tour groups 2) the hotel is not new and in need of renovation 3) cleaniness can be improved.
