Ulasan Hotel Riu Jambo - All Inclusive

It was a wonderful experience. Every employee is so kind and we are lucky to meet the restaurant manager 'Randy'. He's really professional and provided excellent service. We are thank you so much to him and really hope to visit there again.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay! I first must mention the food! Almost all of the food I had was incredible, very good food , and the selection was very impressive. Secondly, the beach is amazing, when the water is clear it is truly a marvel. The hotel is quite large and busy if you enjoy a more secluded stay this is not the place for you , that being said I still found my time here incredibly enjoyable. All staff were kind and talkative, the resort as a whole was very clean, and there is a grocery style super market with a good selection for extra drinks and snacks a five minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too

Прекрасный отель, приветливое обслуживание, неплохой пляж с невыраженными приливами и отливами. Превосходные мясные и рыбные блюда в ресторане. Слабые коктейли.

Шикарный отель с шикарным пляжем. Очень вкусная еда и напитки, прекрасные рестораны, замечательное обслуживание, персонал старается угодить изо всех сил. Самые приятные впечатления! Хочется вернуться! Всем рекомендую!

今年新開放的酒店，去的時候剛開業沒多久，外國人很多，房間很多，性價比算比較高的，酒店所處的位置的沙灘很好，海灘很長，離市區比較遠，早中晚餐都是自助餐包的，唯一不好的體驗是，我明明訂的海景房，就是最外面的房間，但是去的時候房間滿了，給我安排的別的房間，因為這個事情在大廳搞了一個多小時，體驗非常不好！前台服務很差！

太喜歡這個酒店了，我們還會再來！

Stayed at Riu Jambo for 2 nights and had no complaints. The staff was amazing! From the General manager (Portuguese gentleman) to the front desk and cleaning staff everyone there really catered to me. It was my birthday and I ended up getting an early check in so they weren’t able to decorate my room as promised. While I went out for dinner they were able to clean up and surprise me with a bottle of wine and flowers, they decorated my room entirely, it was beautiful!!! My friends who were meeting me at checkout were able to get day passes and join me for breakfast and lunch for a really good price! Overall, I’m giving them a 5 and I’d stay there again and again! If you want good food, good drinks and a beautiful beach please take my advice and try Riu Jambo!
