Hotel Kriopigi

We have just returned from a 4 night stay which my partner booked to celebrate my 30th and have a nice relaxing holiday. First and foremost the staff are amazing and so friendly. We were welcomed and showed to our room by kristoff who also drives the free minibus down to the beach. He was very informative telling us the times the bus ran for the beach and took us up to our room to make sure we were happy and settled quickly. Yani at the poolside bar is always happy and welcoming as well as the younger lady who worked as the life guard for the pool. Great customer service from all . We paid extra to have the upgraded room which wasn’t much extra at all and totally worth it all new fixtures and fittings very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and there was a kettle with complimentary coffee sugar and flavoured tea bags included. A small fridge with a few bottles of water , a good sized smart tv that you could log in to your own Netflix account to watch tv in the evening before bed and a safe were also included in the room. As we visited at the end of the season it was pretty quiet which was nice as you never had to fight for a sunbed or a seat to sit at the pool over all a very relaxed vibe. The food was enjoyable there was the usual things each evening salad , cheeses , uncut breads and dips. there was a rotate of 4/5 different dishes each night so always something different to try each night. The hotel is very close to bistros and restaurants if you’re not all inclusive with plenty of gift shops only a few minutes walk down the road. There is also a bus stop to the left of the reception to catch the bus to a little town close by which we didn’t have time to go to. There are a lot of cats around the hotel and beach area which being cat people we absolutely loved but as some people have allergies this might not be a positive for everyone. The hotel also has a on site spa which we visited the day before we left. Amazing service from the lady who did massages, facials and many other treatments which were very fairly priced and well worth the visit. Last but not least by far is Wes who ran the entertainment/animation for the hotel. Wes was always a delight to see and such a positive and happy person. He ran darts competitions water polo etc during the day and in the evening there was quizzes , bingo and on the last night a dance party quiz where everyone got up to dance to some music and it really made our last night seeing everyone have so much fun ! We met so many lovely people at the hotel and overall had an amazing time.

The hotel is stunning, we had a refurbished room with a sea view (comfort suit I believe) whilst another member of the party had a Premium room aslo refurbed. The rooms themselves were lovely and modern, air con, tvs, 2 showers (1 over a bath) but the storage was awful (no drawers just a small wardrobe with 8 hangers. The food was lovely and always had authentic Greek options alongside basics for picky eaters (fries, nuggets etc). The shining stars were the hospitality and entertainment team( Casha, Veronica, Alex and Pavlos in particular). The entertainment pair were amazing, our boys were too old for the kids club but they were involved in other activities which they loved. The hotel put on a bus to Kriopigi beach which is beautiful, it ran every hour (give or take) from 1000-1600, ish. The bus is only small and very busy! The only cons were: storage, location (The village has lots of gift shops and cafes but dpesnt offer anything more), linen was only swapped every 3 days as were towels and the lady at reception was miserable as sin!

The hotel has all the simple amenities you need on holiday - the bonus parts where the team at hotel always looking after you, in a quiet town with lovely locals and not over crowded to really relax the day away. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

The hotel is a 3/4 star. Staff never stop cleaning or keeping areas tidy. Rooms cleaned daily with change of towels. Rooms and facilities will depend on what you book. Some newly renovated. Ours had old style bed that squeaked on evert move. Best rooms look at sea with balcony and have more facilities. Free wifi throughout site. Pool area has sun beds and umbrellas. Pool towels are 10 euros deposit each just see pool lifeguard. Food - All help yourself buffet - Good mix of hot and cold offerings. Loved the cooked tomato with feta. Salmon in mustard sauce. Any issues dealt with quickly. Onsite maintenance work non stop. Well maintained site. Evening entertainment 8.30 kids Mini Disco then bingo, quiz or Greek dancers Used the Spa for a 30min neck, shoulder and back massage. Very relaxing and worth the €29.  Drinks Good choice of fruit teas and coffee. All inclusive drinks - Zorbas lager a 3.6% local lager. Choice of 6 cocktails. Local wines and spirits. Any named or premium drinks are extra. No fresh fruit drinks. Points to remember  Free water refill at reception. No fresh fruit juice all fruit drinks from post mix. No Dart board.  Use the free shuttle bus to beach.Christos the driver is a legend, a real asset. It drops you at Aktéon Seaside Bar. Steep hill to get to if walking. Kriopigi beach is 20 euros for 2 sun beds or 30 for tent. If you go for day and want sun, go further down beach as sun is blocked by trees around 2pm nearest steps. Food is excellent at Aktéon Seaside Bar and the waiters serve you at your sunbed. Local shops and eating sites within a short walk. Recommend Sugar Bar and Restaurant Bistrot.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean, and the food was very tasty and there was quite a variety of meals. The all inclusive package included a good range of cocktails and local drinks. The spa offered a good range of treatments for very reasonable prices. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, but I would recommend getting the free bus (provided by the hotel) to get there and back. However if you don't like the sand, the hotel pool is a lovely place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again.

I came from London for quite getaway and I found a perfect place for it. Hotel Kriopigi has friendly staff , great food all day long and great pool area if you decide to stay in for the day . An amazing hotel and staff. Special shoutout to hotel manager Nikos who made sure our stay was perfect. Hopefully we’ll come next year as well! Already shared and recommended to my friends.
