Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels genächtigt ... ganz ehrlich, was ist so schwer daran, Vorhänge im Zimmer zu haben, die es eben auch verdunkeln 🤔. Die Vorhänge in diesem Hotel sind nicht nötig, da sie die Zimmer quasi nicht verdunkeln ... Mein Zimmer war 209. Möglicherweise gibt es andere Zimmer wo es dunkler ist. Zimmer zur Straße ist sehr grauenhaft, da gefühlt die gesamte Zeit, irgendwelche Halbstarken mit ihren getunten Karren durch die Straße fahren. Bett war okay, aber generell ist das Ambiente eher in den 80er stehengeblieben und sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. W-Lan Geschwindigkeit ist im Jahr 2021 auch nicht mehr ausreichend, auch hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Weiter verstehe ich es nicht und dies ist ein allgemeines Problem, warum es auch hier nicht geschafft wird, ab und an den Duschkopf vom Kalk zu befreien ... ich habe dafür exakt 1 Minuten gebraucht und konnte entspannt duschen.

Das B&B-Hotel kann ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Kassel empfehlen, sei es geschäftlich oder privat. Die Zimmer sind funktional und schön eingerichtet, die Badezimmer ebenfalls. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und es war nachts generell ruhig, wobei ich ein Zimmer etwas im hinteren Bereich empfehlen würde, da es vorne laut sein kann, wenn andere Gäste den Aufenthaltsraum/Frühstücksraum bei der Lobby nutzen. Zugang erfolgt über einen Zimmercode, der per email geschickt wird, falls man außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kommt, ansonsten gibt es aber auch eine Lobby, bei der man einchecken kann. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und, obwohl auf der anderen Fulda-Seite, ist es fußnah zur Innenstadt (15-20 min). Außerdem fährt vor dem Hotel eine Straßenbahn, die auch genutzt werden könnte. Die direkte Umgebung ist wenig attraktiv (typisches Vorstadthotel), was aber durch das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die gute Anbindung ausgeglichen wird.

I don't regret staying here: the location is excellent, particularly for Documenta visiting, and the historical features of the hotel are both fascinating and visually appealing. I did not realize, however, that the building's historical status means that they can not install air conditioning, and by the 2nd day of our stay that was becoming a problem. If you are sensitive to heat, keep this in mind when booking a summer stay. Our first day was perfectly comfortable as it was a mild temperature outside, but as soon as the weather warmed up , the room became quite stuffy and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows, and that meant letting in the sounds and the cigarette smoke of the people hanging out below us and in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel staff should post signs (especially in the summer) discouraging people from talking loudly (and smoking) in the spaces right below the hotel rooms. This is not a cheap hotel and yet the experience of not getting a good night's sleep due to stuffiness and noise is something I would associate with a hotel of far less costliness. I requested a room fan (through the room tablet / ipad, which is a convenient feature) and they brought it right away. The fan helped, but it was still necessary to have the window open and with that all the noise and occasional cigarette smoke that came with it. I also requested an iron / ironing board, and again they promptly brought it to me. Otherwise, the rooms are tastefully appointed, though ours was small (the larger rooms were not available when I booked). The outdoor breakfast courtyard area is quite charming (as are the lounge areas, though we did not spend time in them) and this was a lovely way to start the day. We also found the nearby parking space quite convenient, though it was a little confusing at first how to get buzzed in to the space. There is an attached space to the hotel that was holding an interesting rug / art exhibition . I'm not sure if that is a regular part of the hotel or if the space was used this way in honor of Documenta, but it was very interesting and easy to visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and for the most part, they spoke English.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohngegend am Hang am Rande der Altstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad anstrengend, mit dem E-Bike kein Problem. Fahrräder kann man gut in einer abgeschlossenen Garage unterstellen. Wir haben in einem „Komfort-Doppelzimmer“ übernachtet. Erinnerte ein bisschen an die 80er Jahre, war aber groß genug und ordentlich sauber. Auch das Bad hat den 80er Jahre Flair. Aber auch hier: ordentlich groß und sauber. Matratzen waren relativ neu, wenngleich auch etwas weich, aber da hat jeder seine eigenen Vorlieben. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Business-Zimmer sind wohl neu renoviert, entsprechen dem Zeitgeschmack, sind aber auch etwas teurer. Das Frühstück wird mit 8,90 € extra berechnet, ist sein Geld aber wert. Es wird immer frisch nachgelegt. Lachs und Sekt gibt es für das Geld natürlich nicht. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über ein Restaurant, kooperiert aber mit einem Balkanrestaurant ein paar Straßen weiter. Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut „jugoslawisch“ gegessen. Kalte Getränke bekommt man rund um die Uhr am Automaten. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Generell scheint das Hotel viel von Geschäftsreisenden und Durchreisenden genutzt zu werden, was sich aber nicht negativ auswirkt. Die direkte Buchung war günstiger als über die einschlägigen Buchungsportale. Wochenende ist günstiger als Wochenmitte. Wenn man zu einem reellen Preis eine vernünftige Unterkunft am Fuldaradweg sucht, können wir dieses Hotel guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Nous avions réservé une suite et une chambre et souhaitions disposer d'un lit pour bébé, devinez dans quel hébergement nous avons retrouvé le petit lit? dans la chambre double bien sûr malgré la surface énorme disponible dans la suite; cela ne s'invente pas. Nous avions réservé une nuit pour être hébergé et nourri après 500 km d'autoroute. Le préposé un accueil actif ce soir là nous a précisé que le resto était fermé et qu'il existait différentes auberges à proximité. nous nos sommes donc crapahutés vers les chambres avec les bagages, une bouteille d'eau minérale et un verre sans aucune assistance. après avoir découvert le bon bâtiment et la chambre nous sommes donc partis nous sustenter à Baunatal. Ce complexe hôtelier est en fait un campus spartiate à l'architecture néobauhaus de 2018: les chambres spartiates où le gris, le blanc et le brun dominent sont très bien équipées mais le mini-bar est absent et l'eau minérale se boira tiède. Lors de notre arrivée en hiver les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées. Notons que les bâtiments ne sont pas climatisés l'été. Nous avons compté le soir 12 voitures dans le parking gratuit. En somme l'hôtel était vide et le restaurant Kochwerk aussi, faute de clientèle suffisante ce qui n'est mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation mais bien sur la notice que vous recevez à l'accueil. Les connexion wifi et 4G sont correctes dans toutes les parties de l'énorme campus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel en salle courtois et souriant ce qui contraste avec celui de la réception. Une mention particulière pour la machine à café qui vous concocte un expresso digne des baristas Italiens.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt sauber und ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück wartet mit allem auf, was das Herz begehrt, und das in sehr guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Und zu meinem Geburtstag stand sogar eine Überraschung auf dem Zimmer. Ich bin öfter mal in der Gegend und werde sicher wieder hier übernachten.
