Ulasan Super Hotel Saitama Kasukabe Ekimae Natural Hot Spring

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

很棒，我到的時候前台是可以英文的，沒有中文 比東橫貴一點但是整體體驗高很多，有一個小温泉，免費早餐有專門餐廳，東西很好吃！ 沒有房卡，用的是密碼，退房不用到前台直接跑路即可 都到春日部了真的強力推薦這家酒店，還能俯瞰春日部

這是讓人驚喜酒店，硅藻泥的牆，房間內空氣清新，還有天然温泉♨️。白天有免費咖啡☕️，晚上有酒吧，度度假的標準也達到了。早餐也很豐盛，服務人員會中文，溝通無障礙呀！

酒店各方面都不錯，該有的都有，而且有免費自助早餐！感覺不錯。而且有公共溫泉設施，酒店雖然沒停車場，停車跟酒店說明住酒店泊車有優惠！不錯的體驗

我們是11/23入住的旅客，因為第一次去到日本玩非常興奮，但不太會日語所以在第一個景點時有點受挫，來到這裡之後，所有得服務人員都非常熱情親切，尤其是代小姐，因為有了中文的溝通，讓我們感到非常溫馨及便利，非常感謝這一晚的照顧，下次再去日本一定會再次拜訪！
