location wise is good. walking distance to the main street.. very affordable for short stay.. staff also very friendly

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Plus, the price is very fair for the quality of service and convenience offered. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a great location.

I enjoyed my stay at Kathmandu Boutique Hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, hot shower, good location and very good staff. 👍👍

靠近泰爾區唐人街，生活便利。和馬路隔了一棟房子，很安靜。服務員都很熱情，還有24小時熱水。但是硬件實在是不行，插頭一燒熱水壺就跳閘，不燒熱水也不穩定。最受不了的是樓層太矮，老式木樓層高兩米，上下樓要低頭，最離譜的是衞生間的門口和馬桶所在空間高度都衹有一米五，搞得腦袋被碰了四次，起了個大包。

總體上還行，英語交流。環境還可以，房間大小合適，全天有熱水，早餐能吃飽。酒店離杜巴廣場不遠，猴廟也可以步行到達。不足的是Wi-Fi信號不太好，另床單被套，浴巾發黑，需要改進。

以下都是本人當天入住酒店拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間。酒店位置：加德滿都交通不方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖。無一次性拖鞋提供。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：不是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖是自助的。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的

酒店距離廣場很近，走路就可抵達，去往猴廟也是走路抵達，酒店很少接待中國人，以歐美遊客為主，如果想體驗當地人文可以入住此處。

各方面都不錯。就是沒電梯。洗澡熱水，看歐洲盃直播。老闆是做旅遊的，登山或者市內旅遊安排，專車安排都有價格也公道。

I stay here every year with my group and other than silly issues ("I can't work the TV", "hot water takes a bit long to come thru" ) I've never had a more serious complaint from anyone on my tour. Location is excellent, staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast is decent and over all, they care about the guests. You can stay in the more modern building with A/C or in the 100+ year old original section that has so much charm. The courtyard area for meals is so quaint and peaceful. Meals are from breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is good . They can help you with ANY need you may have from taxi's to tours or trekking. They will arrange Airport pickup/ drop off if needed. Located in Chhetrapati, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the bustling Thamel centre and 5 mins straight walk to Durbar Square. All in all I highly recommend this hotel as its all you need for your stay in Kathmandu.
