Good hospitality friendly staff and value for money excellent service. They Just need to improve on gym and breakfast a bit too monotonous Asian cuisine only. They have a spacious swimming pool, if they can only add a sauna and steam bath, plus some spacious gym with enough equipment then the hotel would be perfect. The location is Central with less noise even while seated by the pool bar.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

The rooms were really nice as well as the facilities available such as the gym. The breakfast options were great and the staff were kind, patient and understanding. However, in the rooms there is central heating, meaning that at morning and night when it is cold outside, the aircon with throw out hot air. This did lead to the rooms becoming really warm which made it hard to sleep even though the beds were very comfy. Overall, my experience at Soaltee was good 😊

The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

One of the best three star hotels I stayed in. Near the airport and fifteen minutes from the world famous pashupati nath temple. Though the location doesn't sound fancy, but the hotel is simply wonderful. Good furnished rooms, with hot and cold water, chappals for bathroom, free water bottles in the room, tv,with cable, and very good room service. Good breakfast in the morning, and homely lunch and dinner in a beautiful restaurant. For tipplers a small bar is also there. Pool for the lovers. On top of it the courteous staff, specially MR CYRUS, the front desk manager, always ready to help you. We had a very very satisfactory experience there. We are both seniors and were looked after very well. Taxi on call is available.

I really liked this whole hotel complex. There’s a mini-mall / restaurant area next to it. Even if not staying there, go to eat and have drinks. There’s a lovely library upstairs, and it is a truly beautiful property amidst the chaos of the street. No noise distractions at all. The staff were so inviting and I was able to meet my tour guide there since he frequents the dining spots next door. There is just a natural feel of Nepal at these villas, for solo, friends, or couples. Many expat travelers in the city. I did a city tour with Bibi Funyal +977 9851051615 who also works with Future Citizens Nepal. Even though he mainly does mountain treks, he knew all the places within this hotel area to best explore. I hope they collaborate a package for future travels. The staff was very accommodating to helping me understand the cash system, tips, drivers, etc. It rained while there, and this villa is a vacation in its own.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Kathmandu, walking distance to Thamel. Other interesting landmarks are easy to reach with the helpful taxi drivers (always present outside the gates). Hotel staff are very kind, sincerely engage in conversation and helpful in providing tourist information. Rooms are cost and warm decorated. Hotel has a beautiful garden suitable for a relaxing stroll. Swimming pool is nice and very clean! I highly recommend this hotel above other hotels in Kathmandu. THIS is a quality hotel from its spectacular rooftop bar and swimming pool right down to its graceful foyer and reception area. Facilities are only part of the story and the Mulberry's friendly and helpful staff are what turns a good hotel into a great hotel. They were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the moment I arrived tired after more than twenty hours of travel to the moment I left to explore other parts of Nepal. At the core of relaxation was my lovely comfortable room with a huge double bed, good storage, a room safe and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hot water at a good pressure was always available. The breakfast area offered a chance to eat either outside at tables near a little garden or inside at tables where attentive staff swiftly brought me a pot of chi. If you wanted omelettes or eggs then they were prepared freshly to order at a small outside cooking point. Inside guests could choose from a whole range of foods from fruit and meats to cereals, toast, jams, marmalades, yoghurts, fruit juices, Nepalese and international breakfast dishes. The choice was extensive. There is also a full quality restaurant for those who would like to savour an evening meal at the hotel. There were so many nice touches to underline a top class stay. For instance, I had bought a number of presents and souvenirs that I didn't really want to carry round with me for nearly a week to three other destinations. Not a problem, said the Mulberry, who agreed to store them all until my return to the hotel for my last night in Nepal. This they did and everything was safe and ready for me to pack away when I returned. The Mulberry is also sited in a great position to explore the city's Thamel area which can be viewed in all its glittering night-time glory from the rooftop bar area. I was able to enjoy the view and a leisurely local beer yet within ten minutes I could walk into the centre to get a good meal at a variety of tasty restaurants before leaving to enjoy the late night delights of the Purple Haze rock bar knowing my room was close by when I wanted to sleep. It was the sort of perfect hotel and stay that travellers dream about and if I come back to Nepal there is only one place I will stay and it will be the Mulberry. Wonderful hotel.

酒店裡麪就很能出大片，雖然酒店裡的商店物品會比較貴，但是，購買的時候會比較放心。酒店裡的服務員面對我的求助時有些比較耐心幫忙解決，有些就比較敷衍，連自己酒店有郵票購買都不知道，幸好我在逛酒店商店時，問了店家，否則還要無辜跑一次郵局。在尼泊爾住宿的3家酒店中，這家酒店裡幾乎沒有中國同胞，老外居多，在酒店裡一起喝下午茶什麼的，還遇到過當地人在餐廳辦生日宴。
