이 호텔은 위치가 아주 좋고, 주요 관광지와 접근성이 뛰어났습니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 넓었으며, 침대도 편안했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 응대가 빠르며, 요청 사항도 신속히 처리해 주었습니다. 조식도 다양하고 맛있었지만, 다소 붐벼서 조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러운 숙박 경험이었습니다.

酒店處於市中心，有些年代，但設施還不錯。房間設施多，面積中等。早餐種類豐富。出行便利。

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. Insbesondere das Frühstück ist Spitzenklasse. Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, war komfortabel, aber leider sehr klein. Das Bett auch nur 140 cm breit.

As the title says. The location is just superb, breakfast had a wide selection and was overall very good, the room was big and the bed really comfortable. But the soundproofing in the room was lacking and we could hear the noise from streets and passing trains as if the windows were open. Yes, central location and next to train station - some noise is inevitable, but this was really noticeable. Luckily this was fixed with a pair of earplugs and we did sleep well, but if you cannot sleep with earplugs on, this might be a dealbreaker.

Just had 2 nights here. Right in the middle of Katowice, loads of bars of restaurants within 5 min walk. Room really good, staff lovely and a fabulous breakfast. So much choice and all delicious. Highly recommend. Loads of breads, cold and hot selection, perfect to set you up for the day.

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

One of the best hotels I’ve been everything perfect,breakfast excellent,location front desk very helpful early check in provided so if u in Katowice I truly recommend this hotel u will not be disappointed

Recently renovated, the rooms in this hotel were beautifully decorated and very stylish. Check in and out was quick and efficient and all the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good with a great range of food and beverages to suit every taste. The hotel was very central and only a short walk from the train/bus station. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and, if we return to Katowice, we’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel is brand new and it shows. It’s design is beautiful and it’s very clean. Friendly lady at Front Office, very helpful. My room was very good. A big (comfortable) bed a huge bathtub in the evenly big bathroom. The water power of the shower could be (should be) higher tough. Breakfast was excellent; there is a lot of choice in different cheeses, ham, fruits, smoothies, etc. And the breakfast staff is friendly. Housekeeping is excellent. They really did clean the stay overs very well. The hotel is located just a few steps away from Mariacka, the heart of the city.

Full of negative. Please read till the end before coming. Ok all previous reviews, note, all changed. First, there is no free parking in front of the hotel and parking of the hotel is $32 per night while hotel for 2 person is $80. In front of the hotel there is parking which belongs to another hotel and this is ridiculous and not acceptable all around the world in hotel industry. Furthermore, there was not towels and slippers(flip flops) in the room, when I called to reception a guy told me that towels and slippers are provided for elite or exclusive rooms and suits, what kind of hotel is that we do not understand. I asked to contact with Mrs.Kamilla room devision manager but they told me that she left and there is no any manager now and later until morning 9 a.m in the hotel, very unprofessional. Wine inside the room cost 70 pln, not free of charge as before reviews mentioned. Room 429 is super small. I highly recommend to choose different hotel with professional workers Please Kamilla, do not reply to this as above mentioned criterias are not exist in your hotel which is considered quite normal to have at least towels or flip flops in hotel industry. Educate your employee to contact nicely. Hotel industry is multicultural and you must know it. We asked about the parking and they tried not to understand the language but after payment has been done, they spoke fluently English and informed us that we made a mistake by choosing this hotel.

The hotel is new and modern. Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The location is very central (lots of trams & train station is adjacent). Staff is kind and helpful. In addition, continental breakfast is truly amazing.
