Beautiful location of the hotel, very convenient access from the motorway. Close to the centre of Katowice and legendary Spodek. Very comfortable beds, nice room with interesting view. In the morning, delicious, varied food awaits guests at breakfast. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I am delighted with my stay at the hotel.

Mariacka is a street full of restaurants, pubs and a discotheque. I stayed here for 14 days and could easy go to the pkp or railwaystation, galeria katowice, chorzów for the second biggest inside of a city green lung of Europ Park Sląśki. Either can you easy get to spodek (english for Saucer but rather looks like an ufo or somekind. So if u are coming here for a week to max 9 days you’ll have the time of your life i guarentee u that

We stayed here for a long weekend in February. Having platinum status, we were upgraded to a suite on the 25th floor, which was nice and spacious. Check in was quick and welcoming, and we were in our room within ten minutes of arrival. The room was nice, and we’ll equipped. Only comment I would make was it was strange that room service did not include making the bed up for some reason! All in all it was a good stay, in a good location for the central bars and restaurants. We would stay again if we returned to Katowice.

I am visiting Katowice for nearly 9 years and have stayed in this hotel over a 100 times. Because of the pandemic not been there for a long time. However, really good to be back. Still one of the, if not the best hotel in Katowice. Efficient check in, parking underground, 5 minute walk to city center, standard business oriented rooms, good breakfast, some nice dinner options if you are not going out and a nice bar area. Only downside, especially in Summer, most rooms do not have blinds.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it for business or leisure travellers. The location is excellent for the city centre and train station. The staff offered exceptional service, spoke excellent English and helped us with every query. What made it a really special stay was the wonderful breakfast which was fresh, varied and generous. Our only regret is that we could only stay two nights. I have accessibility needs and they found me a suitable room with wet room. I just can’t fault this hotel on any level. Phenomenal value.

Last weekend i stay in this hotel for 2 nights. The location was very good. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant are definitely recommended. They have a lots of varied food and enough choice for everyone. The room was really big and it's so clean you could eat off the floor :). The room is also fully equipped and beds are super comfortable! There is enough parking space in the parking garage under the hotel. Good price and quality ratio. I need to be in Katowice again soon and I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. (Vin)
