Cavo d' Oro Complex

Only used the beach area - nice but 10€ each for sunbed - place was empty, compared to €5 every other place. I had a bottle of water of which the bar staff came over to sunbed and told me to put it away or he will take it away - it was a small bottle of water !! You had to buy everything at the bar ! Rude guy ! Wouldn’t go back

What a beautiful beach bar. We went four times in our one week holiday. Nice beds and parasols. Staff great. Food and drinks were great. This is definitely the best part of the Kavos beach. Fab music too. Great chill out area. Thanks to the team. X

Really fab beach and pool area. We decided to use this location rather than our hotel’s as it was much nicer. It cost €7.50 pp a day to use facilities. Lovely staff, food great we had club sandwiches and salad, drinks awesome and good music playing.

Even though the staff were nice I have to be honest and say that that I will not stay here again. On *********** it says that we have to pay 100euros which is refundable incase of damages to the room. However, when we arrived (group of 5) we were told to give 2 of our passports. This made us very uncomfortable as we were not told this beforehand. We were the given a huge list of rules regarding the room about keeping it tidy and no music at any time. We were there to have a fun holiday but we’re made to feel like we couldn’t do anything. We arrived quite early and were told that our rooms would be ready in half an hour which we waited. Despite the long list of house keeping rules the rooms were barely clean. I wish I had taken more pictures of how bad it was. Below is a list of pros and cons. Say here at your own risk. Pros: - Good location (close to the clubs and restaurants) - Nice music and cocktails at the bar but very pricey Cons: -Stained sheets -Stained Curtains -Dishes not washed (coffee stained cutlery) -Dead insects on ceilings -Broken shower plug hole (extremely dangerous) -Broken Drain cover in bathroom (very slippery) -No toilet roll -Horrible smell of sewage every single day (not completely their fault but something to consider) -Dust under beds, chairs and tables (clearly only clean visible areas) -Sheets and pillows never changed for the 7 days we were there. -Given fresh towels twice for the 7 days we stayed. - Had to pay for sun beds even though we were guests -They have a happy hour at 10 but we went and no one was there. -Stiff dressing table drawers. (Don’t use it unless you want to break it) -Extremely creaky doors (every single one made loud creaking noises until we used some oil)

Recently visited this beach bar. We had a lovely plate of pasta and tried many cocktails on the menu. My favourite was the red headed sl*t… absolutely delicious! My husband had a pina colada and juicy Lucy. Highly recommended and will visit again!!

The staff was terrible, didn’t make us feel welcome, charging us 600 for a door which costs about 30 to replace leaving us with no money for food, charged us for a dirty towl, which we payed for and then charged us again at the end for the same one along with another towl (which was just dirty) kept giving us dirty looks the whole trip, they tried charging all of this because they had one of our passports and they know if we don’t pay they’ll take the passport, I personally wouldn’t come to this place for a pass holiday worst experience I’ve ever had

We found this by walking down the beach after a meal near our hotel. Lovely little bar attached to the complex of the same name. Just sat down with a cocktail from the bar in one of the booths booths on the beach front and watched what we could the sun go down over the northern part of the island. Went 3 times over the week we we were there, and it was super chilled. Fairly quiet in the evenings as the young lads and lasses that frequent Kavos don’t really want to chill 😂 but definitely worth a visit at sunset

WORST beach bar staff so rude!! Would not recommend! SO overpriced and we stayed for 15 mins and was charged €20! When asking why they said that’s just the day price, however on arrival they didn’t say that’s what we had to pay! We tried to resonate with them and was just ignored!

Stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and LOVED IT!!! Really nice rooms with great facilities, the pool was lovely and relaxing and just on the beach which was perfect. The staff, especially the two waitresses, were so amazing and friendly which really put us at ease. Would happily go back and enjoy this place again!!! Thank you!
