We stayed 2 nights, this location is close to HND airport. Walking distance from the Jr Kawasaki station. We love the breakfast and outdoor hot springs. The free ice cream and ramen are nice bonus. We hope the front desk explained the facilities to us as we have to figure out by the signs in the elevator.

Firstly, we had an issue at check in and Trip.Com were hopeless dealing with it. The girl online just didn't want to listen to our plight. I didn't know that Trip is China based.
With respect to the hotel it's the best one we stayed in on this visit. The property appears very new. The amenities are terrific. The hot spa is a great relief after walking around nearby attractions and shopping. We will certainly stay again 5🌟

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.

Breakfast was excellent. There was not many choices but was ok at this price. Rooms are too small. I was reserved the same rooms as last visit.

Excellent stay and very convenient location just 30 minutes from Haneda Airport by train and foot. Dormy in is my favorite brand of hotels in Japan, offering free popsicle, probiotics and evening noodles .
Onsen is great and in Kawasaki the rooftop has a gorgeous view of Fuji mountain. Fantastic deal for short stay.

This was such an excellent stay. The hotel was a close walk from Kawasaki station, making it perfect for travel from Haneda Airport. All around the hotel were great restaurants and simple bars. The onsen was comfortable and accessible. The bed was soft and relaxing. I will absolutely stay with this hotel or this brand again.

Fantastic location! Excellent osen facility! Delicious breakfast! Hotel is closed by the station with huge shopping area & all different kind of dishes! It is a place that is interesting to explore! The service is great! Fast check in & out!

Highlights - hot spring is clean and tidy. Late check out fees is 1000yen per hour. Reception told me on the phone at 11:25 that my check out time was 11am. I thought it's later than 11am and he asked what time I want to check out. I said 1pm. He said it's extra 1000 yen and I said ok. I didn't want to argue and maybe he said the check out time yesterday night and I just missed it. But then 7 minutes later they called me again and said it's 1000 per hour not total. Immediately I felt irritated about how they changed the price and I said it wasn't fair. They just kept saying sorry but it is 1000 per hour. Just like a recording machine. At one point I was like “let's just hang up because you are wasting me like 10 minutes and I'll come down and check out at 12”. That's what I did. I was not going to pay more than 1000 no matter what. The receptionist should have taken the responsibility of saying the wrong price, or at least they should find a way to make this more pleasant.
