The staff were good and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the hotel is still under maintenance, so some areas are not fully ready. The location is a bit noisy due to the street, and unfortunately, there’s a rubbish area right next to the hotel — you can smell it every time you step outside. Overall, I’d rate the experience around 5.5 out of 10.

Very convenient to get around. Many restaurants and KTV nearby. Room are clean. Great de3al for the price.

The room of this hotel is very noisy in the midnight, especially if you are at the 4th floor, I wake up in the midnight at 1am and there are a lot of noises until 3am plus, there area always noise from chair dragging, knocking sound etc, you wont be able to sleep the whole night, untill the receptionist give me another room, but there still abit noise from the motorcycle in the midnight, overall this is my worst experience

The hotel was great, and all the staff was helpful to accommodate our request 😀 but the rooms smell like smoke on the first night of our stay even though they put heavy air freshners. I would not recommend them if you are not a smoker or have problems with smoke smelling rooms. But overall the hotel was nice and we loved ❤️ the view 😍 and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone looking for easy access to food and shopping 🛍 around Dalangzhen District. This is the place to stay 👌 Tianyu Hotel. Would rate them 3.5/5 if only their rooms didn't smell of smoke.

It was the best accommodation experience, and the reason for that was the wonderful reception staff. They were very nice and helped me with a lot of things. Thank you to all of them. They were wonderful friends.
