Ulasan Atria Residences Gading Serpong

Stayed for 4 nights. Got the highest guest room at 10 floor but the window for one of the rooms leak when there's heavy rain on the 2nd day. Called up the reception to report incident and staff came over within 10mins to inspect the leak. Staff suggested for us to pack and move to another room, one floor down. They helped us to move our luggages over to the new room. Breakfast was variety. 10mins walk to a big mall, Sumarecon Mall. Plenty of food nearby too. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we come to Jakarta next time.

Nice hotel in the middle of Gading Serpong. It is near to Sumarecon Mall Serpong. The breakfast is variative and delicoius.

Location is very good, next to the shopping malI. I like the unit with one bedroom. Gym and swimming pool are good. Although the hotel is getting old, they maintain it well and keep it clean. Downsides are hairdryer only available by request, drain in the shower is so slow, for units facing to the back of the hotel, basin in the bathroom is too much far in from the edge made it difficult to use. Also, late check out is very strict, only up to 1 pm and was told to be at the lobby by then.

stayed well there. nice and tidy. will use the service again once i visit that area. but the breakfast a bit dissapointing. not many options and som hot dishes are already cold

In the center of gading serpong, easy to get food, price worth it

Stay many times in this apartment hotel. Quite good enough for biz trip, except the shower room seems a bit choked, and shower water not able to go smoothly.

The room is nice. The view and location are great. Overall, it's all clean, but there's a lip mark on the bed sheet.

Good place to stay. There are restaurants nearby.

Toilet could be little cleaner. Overall decent for the price.

Book this hotel again because cheap and near to sumarecon mall serpong

Great Hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to malls and eateries. Will definitely return to stay there.

Amenities are basic. Service was superb. Got confused finding the entrance at first.
