Everything was good... lots to do.. good banana muffins.. beds were comfortable. Nice big room

Had two rooms booked and for some reason both of them were right beside the service elevator on each floor. I think this hotel gives trip.com customers the less desirable rooms, not to mention the light was burned out on the bathroom mirror as well in one room.

The service is good

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities and services were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Good for price

What a nightmare! Check-in at the hotel is after 4 PM. We had to pay $100 in advance, but after 4 PM, we were given a room above the facility, which was incredibly noisy. I asked to move, but the hotel told me they wouldn't give me a room for an hour. We had to wait for a room by the hotel restaurant and lake. Unexpectedly, our stroller was thrown into the lake, and our car keys were stolen. We checked into our room after 6 PM. The hotel offered no assistance. The police were also unfazed! With our keys stolen, our car wouldn't start, and we couldn't go anywhere. The next day, we rented a car to return home, hundreds of kilometers away. On the third day, my husband drove the rental car again, returning to the hotel eight hours later to get the keys. On the fourth day, we drove our own car back. Our family trip turned into a high-speed race. We were exhausted, and it was a lesson learned. I won't go back.

The hotel service is very good, the staff are very friendly, it is a pet-friendly hotel, except that the hotel is a little older, everything else is good, the location is very good

The sea view room 507 is terrible and noisy all night. It is next to the machine room. I couldn't sleep all night.

Environment: Walking out of the hotel is a park and a lake, very beautiful, within walking distance to some restaurants and shopping stores Facilities: A bit old, parking lot is not cheap and you need to pay for it yourself Service: Warm and thoughtful, the service is pretty good.

The TV in the room welcomed me. The view was great. The lake view was visible when I opened the door. The mirror in the bathroom was also nice. The lighting was good. There was also a window in the bathroom where I could see the lake view. I liked it very much. Very good.

The lake view room overlooks someone else's roof, the air conditioner is old and keeps making noises. I couldn't sleep at all in the middle of the night, and the upstairs started to be renovated at 9 am. The service attitude is good, but there are many unreasonable and rigid charges. A "hot spring fee" of $35 is required for check-in, and parking is $39. Because I brought a dog, I was charged an extra $100 "cleaning fee" (normal hotel $30) Overall, it is old, the doors are close to each other, and the sound insulation is poor. I will not stay here again
