Hotel berhampiran Mountain of Ali, Kemer

Bayram tatili için 4 gece olarak geldik otele. Otelin büyüklüğü ve olanakları çok güzel ancak ilk gün açık bira içen eşim 2 gün odadan çıkamadı hastalandı. Ağaçlardan dökülen polenler güzel temizlenmediği için oğlum ve ben alerji olduk. Oteli uyararak düzelttik ancak bizim tatilimiz zehir oldu. Sayemizde bir çok insan için iyi oldu açık bira vermediler ve odalar ve eşyalar iyice temizlendi hergün. Personel çok iyiydi hepsi çok yardımcı oldu ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar güzeldi ama bazı asansörler uzak ve çalışmıyordu çok yürümek gerekti.

Ayrıca ilgi ve alakalarından ötürü çok kıymetli Restoran Müdürü Bülent Toy Bey,Housekeeper Aşkın Özfidaner Bey,Aşçı Başı Hüseyin Bey’e sonsuz teşekkür ederiz.

Отель удобно расположен, близко к морю, правда идти мимо кладбища. Вокруг отля красивые пейзажи.Питание хорошее. В баре из алкоголя пиво и вино. Барменша вечером дает в руки по одному бокалу, часто в пластиковые стаканы. Персонал не очень приветливый. Интернет платный.

Not 5 star, Not for English People. We arrived at this hotel late at night, and the restaurants had closed. We were given a plate with 2 slices of cucumber, a tomato, a cheese triangle and a sachet of Nutella. We were seated in the dining room and left to it. We didn’t know if there was anything to go with it, my daughter had a look around, and there was some soup, so we helped ourselves to that. There were staff in the restaurant but no one acknowledged us. I assumed this was maybe because it was late at night. It was only going to get worse… The next morning we went down to the pool, and got our sun beds. 4 out of the five were broken, my husband looked round for some better ones, but the majority of the sun beds are broken, you end up lying on the plastic bar which goes through the middle. The entertainment team came out in the morning and walked straight by us, but spoke to all of the Russian and Turkish families around us.. this was to become a pattern for the rest of the holiday. We went to the rep meeting at 11am that morning,hoping for some insight but he informed us that the Viking Star was mostly for Russian guests, so the entertainment at night is in Russian, as is most of the food in the restaurant, We had to eat out 8 nights out of the 10 because we couldn’t find anything we could eat, and we aren’t picky eaters, my youngest child is 10 and my eldest is 23, and we all enjoy a variety of food. We are a well travelled family and have had some lovely holidays in Turkey, but this hotel is not for English families. The staff at this hotel ignore you at the reception, at the bar, in the restaurants and will actually let you stand there and serve people behind you. There were 3 other English families there at the same time, and they were in tears most days. You are made to feel like your children are not allowed to make a sound, not allowed to play in the pool, and not allowed to join in the entertainment. The entertainment staff are particularly rude, they will mimic you in an English accent, this happened twice right in front of me. There were some other things that happened along the way, our room safe didn’t work, the cleaners left one of rooms open for the whole day, there was no bedding on the children’s beds. Also the a la carte restaurant didn’t open once whilst we were there, and the onsite Piccadilly English pub is closed and is being used for storage. We spent 10 days here and couldn’t wait to get home, this is a hotel for Russian & Turkish people only. It is also a 3 star hotel at best.

This hotel is recommended to anyone who likes to spend their vacation in hotels and wants to avoid the large and crowded hotel complexes. The hotel has just about 15-20 rooms (estimated) and thus a very pleasant size. In about a minute you are on a nice shopping street. Right next to the hotel on the same street there are other accommodations, but all of a very pleasant and manageable size, so it has a quiet location. When we arrived, we were very excited about how open the hotel was. Having never seen this type of hotel before we were very taken with the open plan design. The room was clean and kept in a rural older style. Although the bathroom was very small, we got used to it right away and didn't find it a big deal. The staff was always very accommodating and friendly. The hotel owner often spoke with us even in German and fulfilled each of our little extra requests. We enjoyed our stay very much and are very happy to recommend the hotel.

Otelde 2. Gunumuz 2gece daha uzatma kararı aldik. Objektif olarak belirtmeliyim ki fiyatına göre oldukça hizmet ve misafir kalitesi yüksek bir tesis. Girişten odalara ve genel alana kadar her yer yenilenmiş ve tadilat görmüş . Kahvaltı seçeneği yeterli ve taze urunler. Havuzu temizleme saatleri dışında gece gündüz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Personeller tesisi benimsemis herkesle dost gibi ilişki icindeler . Odalarin temizliğinden memnun kaldik yasanan teknik sikintilara hemen çözüm buluyorlar. Olumsuz diyebilecegimiz noktalar : bazi standart odalar diğerlerinden küçük ve asansörün zaman zaman çalışmaması. Devamlı geleceğiz bu güzel tatil için tesekkurler...

We love this hotel. Our family had so much fun there. The rooms are big and cleaned on daily basis, the food is plenty and offers good choice. Sometimes can be repetitive but is good. The staff members are helpful and polite. The animation team was entertaining the guests and the children a few times a day and tge evening from 8-11pm. My kids had lots of fun in and out of the swimming pool. The animation team offers games, entertaining, music, dance etc. The swimming pool and the waterside were good too and clean enough. Close by, there is a small market where you can get clothes, souvenirs, swimwear etc., plus there is a farmacy 100 m away from the hotel. Viking Park Hotel and Spa is not in the city center so there is no so much to see around (but you can get a cap to get there). The beach is stony (10 min walking distance) and you need aqua shoes for your comfort but the water is clean and clear. If I am about to book a holiday, I wouldn't hesitate to book the same place. It fulfilled the idea for a holiday, rest and sun. We weren't there to shop or something so being in the periphery of the town was fine for us, as the hotel offers lots of entertainment. We left during the night for our flight and the hotel provided us with sandwiches for all of us and allowed us to make a coffee, although the restaurant was closed. If I can suggest improvements, they would be as follow: free WiFi in the rooms, more anti slip mats during the water slides time, ensure areas around swimming pool are not slippery as we find the tiles very slippery. Apart of that, we were really happy there. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

21-23 Mayıs tarihleri arasında eşim ile birlikte konakladık. fiyat/performans amacıyla tercih ettim, yani giderken büyük beklentim yoktu. Yemekleri fena değildi. Hiç aç kalmadım. Mesela cumartesi günü tuzda balık vardı ben çok beğendim. Resepsiyondaki kadın çalışanları profesyonel bulmadım. Hamam/saunada görevli çalışanlar can sıkıcı tavırları var. Sürekli kardeş şöyle kardeş böyle, o yok bu yok. 5 yıldızlı ultra her şey dahil sisteminde en basit sabun yok diyorlar, sonra 10 dk lafa tutup bir şeyler satmaya çalışıyorlar. Hamam çok temiz gelmedi. Çalışan kalitesi tarlabaşı/İstanbul kıvamında. Müşteri/çalışan ilişkisi nedir nasıl olmalıdır otel yetkilileri çalışanlarına sormalılar. Soru sormak için aralarındaki konuşmanın bitmesini bekliyorsun veya içeriye girmek için kapı ağzından çekilmelerini bekliyorsun. Çalışanlar bir şeyler yeme içme peşinde. (Ben de bu sektörde çalıştım barmenlik yaptım, yemek sektöründe de çalıştım) bir işletmede yemek yiyen bir şeyler içen çalışan görüyorsan kalite noksanı vardır nokta. Lobbydeki bellboylar efendi çocuklar. Bar çalışanlarını profesyonel bulmadım. Teşekkür ediyorsun ekseriyetle cevap vermiyorlar. Garsonlar iyiydi, kibardı. Odalar temizdi. Alkollü içki olarak kokteylleri beğenmedim çünkü içine koydukları meyvesuyu değil, konsantre ürünler kullanıyorlar. Benim konakladığım iki gün müşterileri portföyü; 6/10’ u Ortadoğu/asya, 2/10’u Slav, 1/10 u Türk, 1/10’ u diğer uyruktan müşteri gibi geldi bana. Kısacası;fiyat performansa bakarım ufak tefek şeyler beni rahatsız etmez diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Yok ben tatile gidiyorum kafam rahat olmalı, müşteri olduğumu hissetmeliyim, belirli bir kaliteyi yakalamak istiyorum diyorsanız tavsiye etmiyorum.

Отель расположен не на берегу, в 7 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Курсирует машинка до пляжа. Территория зелёная, уютная. 2 корпуса. Учтите, что есть номера без балкона. Питание - хорошее, большой выбор всего. Правда фрукты не очень. Ни арбуза, ни дыни осенью не давали. Мороженое раздают во время обеда и ужина. Но в ресторане при большом количестве народу - очереди и трудно найти свободный столик. Полотенца выдают, лежаков на пляже много. Матрасов мало. На пляже есть бар , из напитков - выбор маленький, из еды - нагетсы, бургер, картошка фри. Все. Неплохой отель, эконом вариант. Но Armas beach hotel той де сети в Кемере за ту же цену лучше.
