I have some notes about the food. The service inside the restaurant is not very very good, and it can be said that it is average for the following reasons. The food is sometimes cold for some items, and the availability of dishes is not enough and is always ready. But for the service staff, they are friendly and try to help.

Отдых нам очень понравился . Чисто, сервис и анимация на высшем уровне. Работа trip.com очень быстрая и не доставила проблем . Однозначно рекомендую.

25 eylül giriş yaptık 1 ekim çıkış herşeyiyle mükemmel seviyede bir otel yemek çeşit ve lezzetleri harika temizlik süper özellikle odamızla ilgilenen halime hanıma teşekkürler hergün odamız en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülüp temizlenmişti.Servis çalışanları ***et güler yüzlü ilgili özellikle havuz barda şengül hanım izlemledik kadın gerçekten büyük özveri ile mesleğini yapıyor deniz muhteşem havuz bu aylarda biraz serin genelde deniz tercih ediliyor zaten öyle bir denizi var ki havuzu aratmıyor hiç.Tekrar kesinlikle gelmeyi istiyeceğimiz bir işletme tavsiye ederim sadece eksi verebilceğim tek husus türkçe parçaları yok denecek kadar az çalmaları bu konuda turist memnuniyeti sanki ön planda

Halen eşim ile birlikte bu güzel otelde kalıyoruz Yorumlarımızı şimdiden yazmak istedim. Bir oteli otel yapan çalışanlarıdır. Onlar ne kadar kibar, işini severek yapan ve tabi iyi yapan yardımcı olan sorun çözen insanlar ise o otel o kadar iyi, güzel insanın aklında iz bırakan bir yer olur. Burada görevli herkese ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Herkesin adını tek tek saymak zor ama kaldığımız 1118 nolu odanın bulunduğu kat görevlileri şef Rukiye hanım ve yardımcısı bayan Hacer hanıma ozellikle teşekkür ederiz. Ay sonunda ayrılmak zorunda kalacağımız otelinize tekrar gelmekden çok mutlu olacağız. Unutmadan belirteyim bu gün evlilik yıl dönümümuzde bize yapılan inceliği de hiç unutmayacağız.Tesekkurler

Temiz, düzenli kuralları var. Alan büyük, deniz ve havuzlar yeterli. Odalar ferah sessiz ve temiz. Ruziye hanım ❤️ ve ekibi sıkı çalışıyorlar. Belirli alanlara mayo ile giriş yasak. Sadece Yerli İçkiler dahil. Yemeği görevliler az az veriyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Sürekli etrafta masaları toplayan ya da temizlik yapan birilerini görebilirsiniz

Excellent hotel for both rest and fun. For families with children, couples or groups of friends. It is really hard to find anything wrong anything because Hydros Club surprised me positively at every step. Very nice and helpful staff, everyone speaks excellent English. My partner and I got a bungalow room with a view of the garden. The only downside were the neighbors above us who were noisy, apart from that it was quiet but not too far from all the hotel attractions and the beach. The room was clean and there was nothing missing. The bed was comfortable although instead of two duvets there was one large "blanket" made of thicker cotton. A huge plus was the air conditioning which you could set yourself which gives great comfort on hot days. The hotel is located under the mountains, by a pebbly beach belonging to the hotel, with very clean water. In addition, free sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally, two swimming pools and slides for the youngest. There is also a pier with sunbeds and umbrellas which is lit in the evening and guarded by security. In addition to the main meals in the main restaurant, a snack bar and a cafe are open in the afternoon. Pool bar open almost all day and "disco" open until 2. Evening shows, performances, concerts organized every day at a high level. During the day, animations and sports for children and adults. Very nice bartenders who, despite a lot of work, found time for small talk. A huge plus is that the hotel takes care of cleanliness at every step and uses many ecological solutions. Additionally, there were many signs encouraging guests to take care of the environment. The entire hotel area is very well-kept with a lot of plants, fruit trees, olive trees, colorful flowers, palm trees and green lawns. Additionally, a lot of well-kept and calm cats and chickens. The food is DELICIOUS, at a really high level, a very large selection of various dishes and desserts. The only thing I missed was fresh juices, only those from concentrates were available. Additionally, there are two other restaurants but we did not have time to use them. You also do not have to worry about cleaning up the dishes because they were cleaned at every step (from the tables on the beach, pier and by the pools). The hotel is located very close to the city center, a larger market and all kinds of bazaars and restaurants. Definitely 7 days is not enough and the standard and hospitality of Hydros Club made you not want to leave it. Beautiful views of the mountains and crystal clear water in the sea and diversity of the greenery around the hotel ground. If I ever return to Kemer, it will only be to this hotel.

We arrived From Glasgow at midnight .We were met by very friendly reception staff . Porter took our suitcases to our bungalow room . Our room was very clean . We would like to say thank you to all Hydros staff making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Especially we like give a mention to ….Daily activities leader….KAMIR.Very entertaining and funny guy . Also many thanks to Tony from spa and massage centre….Would highly recommend his fabulous service …And a mention for Ibrahim bar man at pool bar for his service . And last but not least ….. The HAPPIEST and SMILY member of main pool bar staff….His name … Mohammed. Big thank you kitchen and restaurant staff for amazing food . We would highly recommend this hotel for vacations . Visited June 24 as a family of 4 with the 2 children aged 20 & 16. Hotel was clean, modern and welcoming. Every member of staff we meet with were welcoming and friendly, from reception, bar staff & cleaners. The food in the buffet restaurant was varied, fresh & all allergens were clearly marked. Special mention to Mesut who always had a smile on his face, despite how busy they were. I hope management note this and mention it to him, he is a credit to the hotel. When we visited the a la carte restaurants the chefs did their best to accommodate a non meat/dairy meal. Done be put off by the mention of cats, there weren’t that many and they weren’t annoying. The entertainment team were fantastic. They did their best to get everyone included in the games without being pushy. Special mention to Mart, Ayman & Gabby. I would fully recommend getting involved, it’s good fun. The beach is stoney which is well documented in the hotel description. Don’t go here if you want a sandy beach. We swam in the sea most days but went in off the pier rather than the beach. I don’t think it would be accessible if you have mobility issues and want to go in the sea. This is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful area and I would highly recommend it. If you’ve read this far, I’ll describe the only negative. There is a hotel next door that plays really loud music into the night, around 3am. It didn’t bother us but I can imagine if you’re not into club music and it’s playing at 3am it would be annoying. That being said, if you’re already asleep by then you might not even hear it.

The best hotel I've ever been to I've never had a situation where I cried because I wanted to stay with these people in this hotel as for the reception very professional you didn't feel lost that you wouldn't understand the language you are shown around if you don't know where what is perfect simply the restaurant/waiters wonderful people with a sense of humor helpful very clean they clean they bring fruit right away without a chance they bring you drinks food if they don't have that much traffic wonderful food delicious various simply perfect bar/disco bar if you ask the bartender/barmaid for a different drink than the one on the menu they will make it for you beautiful looking bartenders helpful Swimming pool hotel staff nothing to add nothing to take away I could write here but they really approach everything professionally and the songs you want to sing you just go to the DJ and after 5 minutes there are songs for everyone as for the security guards wonderful you feel safe but also not cornered they watch over everything but what makes me most happy staying in this hotel and I will definitely come back again is the animators you don't get bored there Gaby, Bernner and the other one who are in the pictures just wonderful they talk to you they will talk words in Polish in English they talk to you perfectly they don't ignore you the show is organized even in person stretching Aqua aerobics everything there are such competitions for funny so that people don't get bored everything I highly recommend this hotel you won't get bored oh it's worth every penny

Hotel is really nice, in a beautiful location. Food was delicious. Wonderful attractions prepared for guests. The hotel Staff was very nice. We love them. The animation team was great. They did a great job. I Hope to go back there again. I really recommend AQI Hydros Club :)
