A beautiful historic house that is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The owner, Julianna, is a gracious host who is welcoming and generous with her time. A perfect, peaceful location on gorgeous grounds with an easy walk into town. The Arundel Room is charming and well-appointed with an abundance of natural light. Lars made a delicious, hearty 3-course breakfast, including homemade bread. The pictures do not do it justice. We are frequent guests at B&Bs and, honestly, have never met a more genuine and accommodating host. We had a wonderful stay and plan on returning.

Wonderful location. Very nice accommodations and grounds close to downtown Kennebunkport (an easy 10-15 minute walk) and great breakfasts that were new each day...love the strong coffee! Marianna and the entire staff were very nice and helpful

We just spent 5 days at 1802 B&B and it was awesome. Juliana is a super host and an outstanding cook. The breakfasts were delicious. Samantha, who serves the breakfast and cleans the rooms, is the sweetest thing. If you go to Kennebunkport I highly recommend the 1802 Bed and Breakfast. We will be back for sure.

We loved our stay at the 1802 House. The Innkeepers were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was terrific! The 1802 House is a short walk into town but far enough away so there is no town noise. Each room was unique and different, base on our previous stays.

This was a return visit to 1802 House B&B for us. We enjoyed our last stay as the house is walking distance from Kennebunkport’s square. Lovely well done rooms, comfortable bed and most importantly a quiet, peaceful location. Julianna served delicious breakfasts every morning and proffered information on going’s on in town as well as which restaurants were open (winter was not kind this year to KTP) We highly recommend 1892 House!

A thoroughly delightful stay, with very kind and sociable innkeepers and very nice facilities. Wonderful muffins and fruit assortments, but wasn't crazy about the baked eggs and ground meat. It would be great to have a bannister on the entry porch staircase, especially for carrying luggage. We highly recommend this b&b.

The inn was great. We stayed in the Sebago Suite. It was perfect, the jacuzzi tub was so nice! The breakfasts were so amazing, made with fresh ingredients and will Julianna will adjust for any dietary restrictions. She is a wonderful cook. Juliana is the best, she puts her hart into all she does for the inn. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a lovely and cozy inn, nestled on a quiet street but still within walking distance of downtown Kennebunkport. Breakfast each morning was delicious (thank you Lars!). The Innkeeper, Julianna, was always accommodating to our needs. She is definitely a people person who loves what she does. We had a wonderful stay and return every year. This inn is highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights, and the room and breakfast were amazing. We felt like we were the only ones staying in the inn. Was located just outside of town,close to sights and restaurants. When we travel back to Maine, we will definitely stay at the inn . Was very relaxing.
