Close by the mall and other places. The breakfast section was small and there wasn’t enough food. The room took a while to cool down. I like how it had the sink in microwave.

This is an economy hotel. I wanted a kitchen space with a living room area and it delivered on both counts. However the kitchen is without any supplies. The furnishings are tired except the bed was wonderful.

The first thing we noticed was something reminiscent of a urine smell in the hallway. In our room, the towel holder was barely holding in the wall, the bath tub and toilet boh had issues draining. The tub would quickly fill with water during showers and slowly drain and the toilet would slow drain as if i were clogged as well. Additionally, the description said premium tv channels but we only got 15 channels or so in total and none were ones you could even watch a movie or show on. Very frustrating for a suite.

Our room smelled terribly of smoke. It was overwhelming. We asked to switch rooms but the type of room we needed was not available. Not sure if our room was previously a smoking room but either way, it was bad. My clothes smelled like smoke after spending less than 12 hours in the room.

The Sink faucet was broken and when we tried to use it, the top popped off and was squirting straight up, got it back on, then put faucet back together and got some towels

Appreciated pretty quiet on top floor and the continental breakfast. Staff was courteous.

Road noise. TV didn't work. Breakfast restocked consistently but terrible coffee.

Accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Columbia center location and I would never recommend this place to friends or family. When we first got to our room, the heat pump was on full blast and it made a lot of noise. Worst of all there was this lingering pungent smell that I could not make. Possibly from throw up that had been cleaned up and I’m assuming that may have been the reason why the heat pump was on full blast. When we first opened the door we were welcomed with a blast of heat and odor. I did not want to hassle with requesting another room and tolerated since it was only for one night and I was beat from the road trip. Better off going to a motel 6 or super 8. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

I have stayed her multiple times. 1st time upstairs and in back. It is a reliable place to stay. When Red Lion name change occurred it was updated. . carpets starting to need clean and attention needed in halls but still an affordable, reliable, clean rooms good bed place to sleep.
