Some of the apartments have been renovated, unfortunately the one we were allocated had not been and bears no resemblance to either the hotels own website or Jet2 photos. The rooms are basic even by greek standards, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired as does cleaning. 4 people left due to problems with their apartments demanding Jet2 find them other accommodation, problem with the balcony. The roof in another apartment on the top floor leaked in one of the bedrooms when we had torrential rain, 3 times in 10 days Bathroom was little more than a small wet room, no shower screen or curtain so you have to leave towels outside. Each room is given 2 toilet rolls on arrival regardless of how long you are staying, after that you have to buy your own. Wall tiles in the bathroom were dirty, obviously not cleaned between guests. Kitchen facilities & utensils are totally inadequate. Kitchen and toilet waste bins emptied every other day. Beds very uncomfortable, sheets changed once a week, towels twice. No sign of mosquitos in the apartment but we were constantly bitten by something. Staff were helpful, especially reception, but there's only so much they can do, the main problems are down to the owners. Could not wait to leave.
