The hotel is very clean and well maintained. My family liked it so much

Upon arrival was told our 2 bedroom suite was unavailable due to renovations but the front desk attendant was very accommodating and quickly got us into 2 separate rooms of equivalent bed space. Overall loved the cleanliness, and quiet of the building and halls itself. Next time we will look to stay definitely stay longer than 1 night- we will be back before summer is over! Thanks again to the wonderful staff here--you guys are all great.

I stayed one night at the Element Vaughan SW and was quite impressed: Checking In/Out: Checking in only took a couple of minutes at most and the story was the same for checking out too. Staff was very friendly as well. The Room: I booked an Executive Suite (Room 522) and it was quite spacious and very clean when I got in. This suite had many things that other rooms do not (decent sized kitchen, a toaster, full size fridge, a second TV, sofa bed to name a few). Surrounding Area: Lots of food options within walking distance so you dont need to pay all those delivery fees associated with food delivery apps. McDonalds, Subway, Quesada, The Keg, Swiss Chalet, etc, etc are all a stones throw away. As well, the LCBO and Walmart are a short 2-3 minute drive away. The surrounding area is very safe. Breakfast: The breakfast rules for most hotels have changed post COVID. At Element you pick what you want and the staff put it in a bag for you and you eat in your room. Breakfast had a diverse selection, which was good. Overall, this was a good place to stay and I wouldnt mind a return trip.

I see there hasn't been any recent datapoint on TripAdvisor about this hotel so here's my take. The hotel looked and felt great - the remodelling (from a Super 8, mind you) was executed perfectly, everything was brought up to the Four Points standard, worked as intended, and looked fresh and neat. The team was also great and eager to help/chat whenever. I also loved the fresh fruits on offer at the front desk at breakfast time - which brings me to my biggest complaint about my stay - the fact that the restaurant was closed. This was not obviously available on the hotel's website, nor was there a warning during the booking process like there normally would be on Marriott's app. It hit me as a huge surprise and left me scrambling on the spot for alternative plans as I had a few breakfast meetings with guests planned during the week. I fully expected a Four Points to have an operating restaurant or a reasonable alternate, or bottom line let the guests know prior to arrival, instead of simply not trying, blaming covid, and insisting on “but sir you will get 500 points as your welcome gift”. I really hope the restaurant does open its door soon, but before that happens, I will not be coming back. btw I never received my “make a green choice” points either, even though I confirmed that they will get added at check-out =/

1st stay here, 2 nights - our room rate included full hot breakfast in on-site Bistro restaurant & king oversized room which was super roomy - we had a very comfortable seating area with sofa with large ottoman, side table convenient for drinks, large flat screen TV, huge counter/desk work area, fridge, Keurig coffeemaker. We also had a balcony with small patio table & 2 chairs. Room was super clean throughout, private toilet & very modern shower located in adjacent/separate area from sink & vanity - very convenient ! Breakfast choices were varied & excellent, extremely fresh quality ingredients & well prepared, all served hot; very friendly service! Indoor pool, but did not have time to use it! Convenient location, Hwy 400 nearby, IKEA just down the street, Dave & Buster's right next door! Great weekend getaway - will definitely plan to stay here again!

I booked this hotel as it was very close to the place where I went for an interview, I found it to be really good and had very good amenities. Most importantly this place was close to a Walmart which helped big time so I travelled with less items. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
