Wonderful hotel with beautiful artwork, perfect location, great mountain views just behind hotel, and sweet sweet staff, who will help you with anything you may need, including arranging transport, recommending tours, places, restaurants or any issues you may have during your stay. And they have an amazing yummy breakfast buffet every morning.

What a lovely week we all had, Firstly the food was lovely although not that much choice of main dishes, salad was great. Fabulous breakfast choice and all the food was of a good quality and all served hot. Onto the pool area which was very clean, But pool needs a handrail on the steps going in and out of pool, many times we sat nearby and people struggled to get out Including us, as the steps are difficult with the water without a handrail. The Hotel was immaculately clean in all public areas as were the rooms, the downside for me was the pillows which were so heavy and rock hard, I did ask if there were any softer ones but we just got another 2 the same, I have a bad neck so it was a very painful week. The previous reviews had mentioned the airport being so close, it certainly was and the planes were right outside our bedroom but after the first night it didn't have any impact on our stay. The beach was dusty and not very clean so not attractive although the beach bar was very good. The staff were always so helpful, friendly and smiley. The local bus and sightseeing bus stopping at the front of the hotel was a massive bonus and easy to use.

First time staying in Corfu and could not have chosen a more wonderful hotel. It is situated right on a sandy beach with beautiful views over the Ionian Sea towards Greece. Most of the sunbeds are actually on the beach and are free along with the parasols and waitress service for drinks and snacks!! There was never a rush to get a sunbed as there are plenty to go around. Inside everything is marble, including floors and they have the most amazing gold mirrored lift! In reception and on the outside walls they have beautiful mosaics featuring all the Greek gods and their history. You really do feel that you are in Greece and not just another tourist hotspot. We had a sea view room with a fair sized balcony ( 2 chairs & table and plenty of room to move) The room itself was lovely and had the most comfortable double bed ( free air con as well). Storage space is good and fair sized bathroom with shower. The cleaners came every day unless you requested them not to. The cleanliness in this hotel really stood out - the staff worked hard to make sure that everything was spotless in all areas including the pool. Even saw them working of an evening. We only had a couple of the buffet breakfasts here, as we ate out at a local restaurant for most of the time, but the choice was good and the seating in and out of the restaurant had lovely views out to sea. The staff are a real asset to this hotel, they were always smiling and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My partner managed to cut her toe in the dining area and within seconds a member of staff was there and assessed the injury and had a first aid kit at the ready! unfortunately we did not know her name, but thank you so much for your help that morning - also a big shout out to Ketty & Inesa on reception who were both a ray of sunshine and to Amalia our cleaner who was so lovely and chatty even though there was a bit of language barrier! Within literally a minutes walk you have the main ***** with all the bars, restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets, although in October they are starting to wind down for the end of season. But even in the town the locals are so friendly, welcoming and chatty - most speak English. This hotel is perfect - relaxing - picturesque - comfortable - clean - friendly all you could wish for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning next year. Tip: make sure you wear sandals/shoes with good grip as the marble floor can be slippery.

We have just returned from a 7 day break at The Paradise Hotel. We had one of the garden view rooms which is in need of a refurbishment. It was plenty big enough and clean, bed was comfy but it was a little tired looking. The sink was huge making getting in the bathroom tricky to say the least, it was half the size of the bath! The buffet style food was really good and there was only one night where we felt a bit underwhelmed. The rest of the meals at breakfast and dinner were great and it was nice to have the chefs out checking stuff at the serving places all the time. The garden and pool area were lovely but need a little polishing. The staff were all brilliant but a special shout out to Harris who is one of the greatest waiters/concierge you could ever find. We sat and watched him work over the week and I can honestly say he just never stops! He seemed to have got stuff done before you even asked and when you did it took seconds to be put right. He and the younger girl (cut finger, cannot remember her name) and the other lady Slovenian (?) were also wonderful. All in all not only with the great service and location, we both said we would like to return and that has never happened before. Well done Paradise Staff.

This is going to be an honest and lengthy review as many do not give an accurate or detailed picture of what to expect from this hotel and Tui. We stayed at the end of September, beginning of October 2023 and it was the best weather we’ve ever had in Corfu. We always visit this time of year, and each visit has got hotter and hotter. We travelled with Tui and more of them later. The Pantokrator is a beautiful hotel. It is immaculate in every way. It is spotlessly clean everywhere (except for a large cobweb in our room which I noticed halfway through but not by the housekeeping unfortunately. I’ve no problem with cobwebs but they need to check above eye level) and the staff are well trained and keep the place looking lovely. The décor is modern and contemporary in a sleek and minimalist way, especially the dining room which is fabulous. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating and the verandah balcony had lots of sofas and chairs, and a pool table at the end. The bar is roomy and modern with plenty of room for the occasional entertainment. We were very impressed with the food especially as the evening meal was not catered to the British or German palate (the main guests here). Breakfast was a mixture of hot (bacon, eggs, sausage, beans etc) and cold (croissants, pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt etc) so there was something for all tastes. Dinner was completely Greek which we thought was excellent. Every night there was a different choice (I have posted some menus) and it was always delicious. The dining room staff are excellent and well trained. They were mostly young women, and they were polite and happy and always had a cheery smile. Plates were collected promptly, and drink orders were taken quickly and efficiently. So, yes there are cats and wasps but that is Greece. You can ignore them both and they’ll go away. But we had no issues at breakfast as I would open a pot of honey and put it at the end of the table, and they’d swarm on it and leave us alone. And there are only two cats that patrol the dining room, the other seven or eight wait patiently outside on the edge of the car park and wait to be fed by someone. Cat food is available at the small shop and by day 2 I was buying biscuits and feeding them outside as that way they all got something. The main bar is open in the evenings and has some entertainment. We had a singing duo and a Greek night and there is a big screen for sports on other nights. The service is good either from the bar or you can sit and wait for table service. Prices are reasonable. At the pool bar food is available during the day and this was excellent quality. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve had outside of Italy it was so good. The portions are enormous and after the first day, we would choose a meal and share it as it was sufficient for both of us. The prices are particularly good for how much you get.
