Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa

We stayed for 2 nights in January. When we arrived, we checked in to find it was the room we would of like (windows covered over and quite small) after a short conversation with the reception who gave us a couple of different options we were in an upgraded room (143) within minutes. It was perfect and just what we wanted. Being in a suite we had access to the spa facilities as and when we wanted during our stay which made things so much easier not having to stick to a specific time. It was so relaxing. I have never been to a hotel in the UK where every single member of staff were just so lovely and polite. We had treatments on our second day and have to give a special shout out to Naomi (I think her name was 😅) for my pregnancy massage. On my third pregnancy and having many massages this was by far the best. Just the right amount of pressure to feel a difference, relaxing, I slept like a baby that night! She really was so lovely. We ate on both restaurants, couldn't fault either but The pan Asian was our favourite and made the hotel stand out from others we had looked at in the area. My only criticism would be that there isn't some kind of indoor pool area as I cant imagine this being too nice when the weather isn't great being all outdoors but this didn't effect our stay whatsoever. Hotel is located in stunning Lake District scenery. Warm welcome from staff on arrival. Comfortable room overlooking the lake. Probably the best spa I have been to. Excellent range of steam rooms, saunas and pool. Champagne bar fantastic Both restaurants deliver excellent quality food. Can't fault it. Will be back!

Fantastic room 305 with an awesome view. All staff were great. The bar was well organised and beer selection was great. Breakfast was excellent however our dinner in the brasserie was average. Parking was free and just across the road. The hotel is in a great location and buses to Keswick stop outside regularly
