The Saint Hotel Key West, Autograph Collection

Beautiful boutique hotel with the best location in Key West. Friendly and efficient check-in with Latoya, she assigned us an upgraded room, chic and immaculate, with a walkout patio on the first floor. Great for lounging and drinking coffee, while enjoying the sound of the pool waterfall. Room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The service in Tempt bar and the outdoor dining experience was fantastic. Chino, Shawn, and Malina took great care of us for 3 evenings. They have the best happy hour drink and appetizer menu in on the island. Drinks are creative works of art and everything on the menu is delicious, especially the scallops and crab cakes. Maria was the friendly bartender at the upstairs rooftop bar, Halo, which had live music at 8pm. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. We had the pleasure of being served by Franz. He delivered our meals with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Kasia, at the front desk, was so kind to allow us a late check out on our departure day. Bellmen and Valets, Gustavo and Nico were super helpful with all our luggage on arrival and departure. And a big Thank You to Manager, Mr Abraham, who makes you feel like family during your stay, He and his incredible staff are all first class. Can’t wait to come back and stay at the Saint Hotel!!!!

We had high hopes for this hotel. We are Marriott Titanium members so very loyal to the brand. Our encounters with most staff were very pleasant. We were happy to have daily housekeeping and water in our room. We had a pleasant lunch at the restaurant while we waited for our room. The hotel itself is old and we were in a king bed on the 2nd floor across from the Roof Top bar. Note there are no elevators. The bar and music stop at 11. The lighting in the room is very poor - part of the vibe is blue lights so our bathroom had one blue overhead light and 2 dim sconces at the vanity. One of the sconces would flicker off and on. I felt like we were in a disco. Very difficult to put on makeup or for shaving - no natural light. Our room had a loud dehumidifier that needed to be run or the humidity would soar to 90 in the room. We could not cool the room down even though it was only 70ish outside. It was pouring rain one morning and I decided to walk to the lobby to get us coffee. So I walked down the steps in the rain and then through 2 different pool gates to get to the lobby. The man at the desk provided me with an umbrella but to get back to the room with the coffee, I need to put everything down, lift the latch on each gate, prop it open, put one cup at a time on the other side and then back to holding the umbrella and 2 cups of coffee up the stairs to the door that open to our hallway and then open the door to our room. Exhausting! We paid a lot for our stay and would never stay here again. There is another Autograph Hotel around the corner. Perhaps that is a nicer property.

From top to bottom we had a great experience. Check in was easy and friendly. Place was quite even though only steps away from duval. Beds were comfortable and room was well maintained. Beautiful pool area and restaurant onsite. Would recommended and we will be back.

Another excellent stay at The Saint! We love this Marriott property because of the exceptional customer service and the close proximity to Old Town. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Louise (front desk) who was very pleasant and nice. The Tempt bar/restaurant serves great drinks and delicious food - we enjoyed talking with Marcela and Shawn. The Happy Hour lasts a few hours and the prices are terrific. Halo (rooftop bar) is absolutely fantastic- we had so much fun listening to the live music. For those who like to workout, they provide access to a local fitness center that had a great variety of equipment. The Saint is located near all the popular sightseeing spots and easy walking distance to Mallory Square, the marina, Truman Annex, Duval street, etc. We highly recommend The Saint - we just left and are already looking forward to returning.

Second time staying here and was as amazing as the first time. Quaint hotel with an entrance on Duval right off into the fun. Service at this property is TOP NOTCH! The manager checked us in himself and was amazing. Took care to say hello every time he saw us and to check how things were. No issues at all the hotel is immaculate and the service is off the charts. Breakfast as Titanium Marriott included as well as a drink coupon for the bar. I will never stay anywhere else in Key West!

Spent a 2-night stay at the saint hotel in key west. The hotel is small with less than 40 rooms in total but there is a rooftop bar, a small restaurant and a pool. The pool is really nice with a tiny water fall. The hotel professionally honored my platinum elite benefit with continental breakfast, late checkout, and upgrade to a larger room with a pool view balcony, fantastic. The room itself is small but clean, a regular 3-4star hotel level. I liked the yogurt with oat from the continental breakfast but it could be better if we could pay extra to upgrade to a Full breakfast. The lobster mac n cheese at the restaurant was great. The most important feature of this hotel is its conveniency. You can walk to most attractions in key west old town with 10min walk. The hotel also offer complimentary bike rental but I didn’t have a chance to use it.
