My Husband and I had a perfect 3-night stay at Marriott Beachside Resort. With our points status, we ended up getting an amazing room upgrade and complimentary daily breakfast. The food and drinks were great. While the hotel is slightly older, the rooms and property are kept immaculately cleaned. The landscaping is nice and the pool was sparkling. All of the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The resort is a good 15 minute drive to the historic downtown area, so while there a few places you can walk to around the resort, you end up using the free shuttle and water taxi to get to most activities. I highly recommend the water taxi, it’s a great boat ride to one of the popular marinas and the captain was top-notch. The shuttle runs every hour from around 8am-11pm with 2 stops downtown and the water taxi runs 3 times during the day. We used the shuttle and water taxi for all of our transportation during our stay. The free shuttle from/to the airport was really nice as well. The daily resort fee of $42 seemed worth it for all of the transportation included. The champagne at arrival, free welcome drink at the pool bar and daily Starbucks were also included. The only other thing to note is the beach area is pretty small, but that seems on par for Key West. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel! The resort is relaxing and family-friendly.

We had a 2 night stay at the Silver Palms Inn. Check-in was easy and friendly and we managed to get in our room several hours before the official check-in time which was appreciated. Free parking too. The room was very suitable for our requirements for a 2 night stay. Plenty of room for all our luggage and a nice balcony with the pool in the distance. The complimentary breakfast meant we could head straight out each morning after we'd eaten. We enjoyed the coffee, bagels and omelettes. The breakfast room did get very busy but was fine as soon as it opened. Overall, get base to explore the delights of Key West and just a few minutes walk from Duval Street.

Hôtel bien situé pas loin de Duval street hôtel calme. Par contre ma chambre 413 est toute petite 15m2 les rideaux sont cassé à voir pour réparer

Very nice, two rooms suite, two bathroom kitchen full size refrigerator utensils dishes. Free in room washer and dryer was really nice to freshen up your clothes. Tiki bar, walk-in pool hot tub. Very clean. The only thing about this place was closes up kind of early could have later on site restaurant, food. Would stay here again

Very cute hotel, great location! Pool was nice as was the daily pool bar happy hour! Complimentary breakfast was basic but was plenty to get us up and going. We rented bikes from the hotel for 2 days and rode all over Key West. We especially appreciated the on-site water bottle filler so we didn’t have to purchase bottled water. The only issue is that the blinds in the rooms are not blackout so bring an eye mask if you need darkness to sleep.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

AAndreas StruppeStaying at this guesthouse was really a very good and not too expensive choice. The room had all you need and the people were so friendly and helpful. Duval Street ist just around the corner. The complimentary breakfast gives you a good start for the day. I will stay here again sometime.

SSunny Cintron 21This was an awesome experience. Hotel was nice and quaint. Only thing I didn't like was we didn't have anyplace to hang our clothes up or put things away. Near Duval street and downtown. Pool area was well kept. Staff was very friendly. If I stay for longer than one night I will definitely look into a bigger room. Close to beaches, shops, dining. I would stay again for the price it was worth while.

AAnna MGood value for the area. Clean and spacy rooms, we got one on first floor so it was a bit dark. The sofa bed was not sleepable so we never used it for the night (too soft and not comfy). Pool area nice however it’s all by a really active road with lots of traffic so the noice is bothersome. Close to shops and good free parking. A short drive to the public beach which is really good. Sums up as a good bang for the buck but nothing that sticks as a wonderful experience. Staff were totally not interested in presenting the facility or services to us so don’t know much about what was on offer except the pool.

PPengguna TetamuHotel had a great vibe, filled with plants and was very colorful in the lobby, a true feeling to the name, Havana cabana. The pool was the best part, so clean and had inner tubes to float around and relax. Two complimentary drink passes during check in was a plus. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. We went as a family trip so the only downside was there weren't a lot of kids. At one point we thought it was ”adult only” but then towards the later afternoon we started to see more kids. Rooms were clean and service was good. Definitely will stay again.

PPengguna TetamuLa concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating.
Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over.
Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues.
Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

PPengguna TetamuIt’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

SSoizicTrès bon hôtel, un peu excentré du centre ville, mais une navette est à disposition pour vous y emmener. La chambre est propre, mais cependant trop petite pour y mettre nos 4 valises. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner également.
