Evergreen Condominiums by Keystone Resort

The condo was just what we needed. Although it was a little dated, it was comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds. The mattress’s on the bunk beds were literally unsleepable and need to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bring your own cooking spices though. Overall, check in was easy, location was excellent with shuttles to the ski lifts, and the sidewalks were kept in good shape despite the snow and ice. Four wheel drive was never needed on the premises. We would stay again.

Great experience. Temperature in the condo was difficult to control which made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise condo was fantastic

Love the off season pricing for a quick stop while traveling home to Michigan. Perfect place to stop in for a night and relax before continuing home.

1. They charged us about $12 more than what ******* stated. 2. No A/C, which was counter to what ******* said under amenities. 3. No wifi for both days. 4. TV did not work for both days. Staff could not answer why charge was higher or fix problems. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and was a miserable stay.

We made our reservations through ******* and stayed at your condo (Pines, Longleaf) for 2 days to celebrate a very special day for us - our 40th wedding anniversary. However, it turned out to be a nigh**are! We regret selecting Keystore/Vail Resorts and will think twice before ever doing that again. 1. We got overcharged by $12 from the rate that ******* stated. When we asked the front desk manager, he had no clear explanation and staff asked us to contact ******* instead of fixing it. When I told the manager that I was already fully paid up with a zero balance and wondered what the $200 charge was, instead of just that it was for incidentals, he asked me if I knew what the term "incidentals" was. This was insulting, given I am a Navy retiree and had stayed in multiple hotels over my 30-year career. 2. There were no WiFi or TV signals in the room, so we couldn't connect to the internet or watch TV for both days. Comcast was eventually contacted when we notified the manager. The Comcast person said the room had no signal for both and a total re-wiring needed to be done. Why this wasn't checked as part of the inspection before we were allowed in is a mystery to us. Very disappointing. 3. ******* said the condo had AC as part of the amenities when we booked the place, that's why we booked it. However, there was no AC in the room! The front desked blamed it on *******. 4. The toilet had a leak so we couldn't use it for at least one night. 5. One staff member told us that when we leave, we should make sure that the trash is emptied out and the dishwasher is started! This was in complete contradiction to the email instructions we got stating that we just need to leave our key cards on the counter and walk out. Its very disheartening and disappointing that, after we had specifically mentioned when we made our reservations, that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, that this is the experience that Keystone/Vail Resorts decided to give us!

Definitely will be back liked the , apar**ent style hotel , loved the fact we could cook ...

The most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. Mountain views that I never thought I’d be able to afford in this life, comfortable amenities, huge indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. The snake river trail which is steps from the property also would have made the entire trip worth it. We’ll stay longer next time!
