We booked this hotel after reading so many positive reviews about this hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel is a total disappointment. We booked superior room with balcony.
We arrived late around 7.30pm and our arrival experience was horrible. The entire hotel, there was only 1 staff at the lobby. The lobby was dark and empty. He did the checked in procedure, carried our luggages [ 20 inch cabin size ] and open the room door for us, switched on the air con , switch on thai TV channel for us which we do not understand. [ FYI; the staff does not understand English ]
The room is spacious, the bathroom, standing shower, toilet, bathtub, 2 basin, however, they have really small closet to hang clothes and also no area to put our luggages [ Thank god our luggages are cabin size. WE HAVE TO PUT IHR 2 LUGGAGES ON THE COACH.
Pls take note that theur hot water pressure is low.
Regarding of amentities are below quality-- no tooth brush , no slipper, their shower gel is black 😅
The working desk is really small very small , not comfortable to work for 1 hour. Their " Marshell " speaker is really unimportant or useless to guests ,at least to us.
Their towels are all black, we felt unclean. Many reviews said the bed, pillow blankets are soft, I think over rated, they are just average.
We dont enjoy or feel like staying or chilling in this hotel room. Is terrible holiday experience.
