Not my first time in Khao Lak but this is my first stay at Robinson club Khao Lak. This hotel is perfectly , clean and tidy Nice place, nice qarden, wonderful beach, excellent restaurants, big room, amazing pool all is perfect.all staffs were helpful and extremely care especially Khun Kwan from Main restaurant. Thanks to her for her good service.She was sensitive and attentive to every detail for me.I will definitely come back here on holiday.

So beautiful in this resort. Everything perfekt, food employes, everything, Rin wos so great and funny thank you so much I will come back for sure. Also the chief cook is so great, food was amazing. I have been also in spa, great experience ....

The Robinson club is without doubt the best place we have ever stayed on holiday. Everything about it was perfect. The location, the facilities, and the food were all amazing. Attention to detail was apparent with every aspect of the service and accommodation. Most impressive of all was the staff in main restaurant who are all faultlessly professional, yet friendly and clearly all enjoy working, especially Kwan. She takes care of me very well.and attention to detail that I wanted I am always happy to see her and be taken care of by her. She takes care of me like family. And I think the other guests thought the same as me.Next stay I hope I will be treated as well as this time. And I will probably meet Kwan at the main restaurant again.

Robinson Khao Lak offers a fantastic experience with its hospitable staff, exceptional food, and pristine rooms. A note for future guests: the entertainment program is loud for those in bungalows. English communication with staff can be challenging. The fitness center could benefit from an update. Despite these points, our overall experience was outstanding, and we're looking forward to returning.

Что поравилрсь: Большая территория Абсолютно не ощущается много гостей Есть Вип зона (зона вилл и там же ресторан) Большой пляж и пологий вход в море. Очень хорошее питание. Мы на рецепци доплатили за 3х разовое и так выгоднее , даже напитки включены. Из минусов: Уставший отель , по дорожкам гуляешь и понимаешь, что прошлый век. Миниклуб не работает в субботу-это треш! Не ухоженные газоны и трава. Как будто не поливают.

From the moment we were greeted at the airport, until the moment we left, we were amazed at the level of service and the facilities provided at this fantastic resort. The private pool villa exceeded our expectations, as did the large range of facilities at the resort. The staff right through from the reception, grounds keepers, housekeepers, restaurant and bar, and activities staff were always very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was also pleasing to regularly see management staff and the general manager around the resort regularly. Special mention must go to Maen in the main restaurant who was so efficient and friendly during lunches and dinners. We were fortunate enough to be there on the night of Halloween, and we're amazed at the Hugh effort put in by all staff, from their costumes and makeup, to the themed food, and the decoration of the whole complex, particularly the main restaurant. The shows were amazing, and the ghost trail was a real treat. Despite there being hundreds of guests there, the resort never felt overcrowded, and it was only at mealtimes that you realized how many guests were actually in residence. The fitness and aqua classes were also popular and well run. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay in the Khao Lak area. It is a place where you can do as much or as little as you please.

This was our 3rd visit and hope to return for yet another. We stayed in A4, a beautiful beachfront villa with traditional Thai decor and lovely uninterrupted ocean views. The position of the resort is magnificent, situated in a protected cove with a lovely white sandy beach and beautifully maintained tropical gardens. The entire resort in general is very well kept, clean and tidy. Our meals were first class and beautifully presented with a wide variety of cuisine to choose from. The main dining area offered both internal or external seating options to cater for all weather conditions, the tables were well placed to ensure there was plenty of space between guests. Everyone was greeted at lunch and dinner opening times by Adam (GM) and Richard (F&B) along with other management staff, such a nice welcoming touch and they were always happy, friendly and smiling. The Bann Thai restaurant is a must for a wonderful Thai dining experience with delicious meals and such a lovely atmosphere and gorgeous lake views. The gym was well equipped with popular cardio and weight training machines along with free weights as well as fitness classes. The management and their team ensured our stay was special and memorable. Thank you Jeab for such a warm welcome and ensuring we were well looked after. When we arrived we had a beautiful WELCOME BACK artistic display of leaves and petals on our bed and another with two white towel swans on our wedding anniversary day. Thank you to our wonderful housekeeper Palm, we were lucky to have you taking such good care of our villa. We would like to give special thanks to Pla, BB, AU, Chef Ju and all The Terrace team where we had breakfast every morning. Once again we were extremely spoilt in their main dining room for lunch and dinner by Tanya their wonderful hostess, Richard F & B manager, Mit, Ko Htet, Sous chef Dang, Toey, Maem, Pla (x2), Ple their bartender Minzaw and all the restaurant team (too many to name) The only negative I can say is the restaurants do not open until 7.30pm which is very late for us to dine so hopefully they will listen to feedback as several guests felt the same. We would definitely like to return for another holiday and stay 3 weeks next visit as two was not long enough. Thank you Robinsons for such a memorable holiday. Kerry and Wayne

Hands down the best holiday we ever had! Staff was extremely nice, food was excellent and the premises well maintained, everything in a beautiful landscape! The resort is huge and has everything to offer. We’re not really into coming back to another place where we have already been, but with this one we are really considering it!

Amazing staff and hotel. Staff did everything possible to to make us enjoy and they did succeed. Training ion the facility was excellent specially thanks to Stefan and Jinkie . Food was great and we have nothing to complain about :) We will be back for sure !!! Highly recommend to visit this facility!

Excellent clean and all in services hotel, so many activities included. Second year here. Especially liked entertainment guy Denny, with excellent touch of the audience. I am sure that will return again soon.

Beautiful location, the food is amazing, very friendly and nice staff, and amazing sports programs. Especially the beach volleyball camp with Life's a Beach Camps. We will come back (: We had a very relaxed and peaceful time. Sunsets at the beach were our favorite part of the day.

Absolutely amazing time once again at our 3rd Robinsons holiday (feb24). We keep returning to Robinsons as the food just seems to be consistently a cut above the rest. Our pool room was just fantastic. The staff were always good, helpful and nice. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.
