Very fun time with family

Me and husband will always go back to shilo Inn. We go to to killeen to visit my dad. Its my favorite place to stay. The staff is awesome They jave a great Team.

This has to be the worst hotel room I have ever been in. Pool was not available which is my fault for not calling and asking before booking. It was the only reason I booked this hotel. The tvs are old box tvs. No extra towels or pillows. Everywhere I stay there is more then 2 towels in the room. Also extra pillows and covers in the closets but not here. Really nice size room so the window air is not strong enough for the while room . I have no idea how this is a 3 star hotel. Maybe when it was first built

Stayed here twice in a week for a total of 4 nights. None of the property amenities were open. No restaurant, no pool, no spa, hot tubs, pub, period. The entire hotel emphasis was on recoating the parking lots. Signs and reminders everywhere. While all the time bigger health and safety issues were overlooked. The entire city was under a boil water advisory closing and limiting restaurants and businesses everywhere. Yet the hotel never notified guests, gave out bottled water, closed ice machines, etc…. Everyone that stayed here could be impacted. Bad management!

It was an amazing stay! Great and friendly staff, made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Loved the kitchen in the room, it was a plus.

The property was very well kept very clean . The staff is the most kindest people and so accommodating. Would totally recommend this place to stay

The room was smelly. Stains on carpet and ceiling Very old building. Overall just not an acceptable experience.

The staff was extra friendly and greeted me super warmly which I loved, it was very quiet and peaceful which was a bonus. Definitely enjoyed my stay

Great stay would recommend to others. Regarding cleanliness, I feel the sheets were probably washed but stained none the less. Also, the televisions in the rooms can definitely stand to be updated.

My wife an I first time at this hotel. Pick it cause it was close to son's home. Was an okay stay but had a few hicups. Did not say no breakfast and they didn't have coffee in the lobby. I don't really care for the little coffee pots in the rooms, so i usually go downstairs for coffee. Bed was comfortable and room was old school nice. Needs an upgrade. But the really awesome part was the black lady at check in. She was really polite and helpful. Met us with a smile and asked how our day was going. Super great person. I recommend this hotel for the price and location.

I was not verbally told that cleaning was upon request. All hotels I’ve visited have it at least posted in the room. The property is outdated and worn. Even the rowels were so thin. I had to buy my own.

Pros: Clean and very big room, has kitchen, TV, fridge, couch, check-in/out was a breeze. Front desk was friendly. Cons: The printer was almost out of toner and the computer connected to the printer was unbelievably slow, but I just connected printer cable to the laptop and it worked fine. No breakfast and for water they have a vending machine.

It was a comfortable stay. My first time with this hotel brand. It's clean and nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues. I would stay again if I am ever back in this area.
