Typical Travelodge, say no more.

Great location.

這間綠屋酒店雖然說是在倫敦太午事何況但都要行大約20分鐘才行到而且這間酒店裏面的環境是非常之青丘我是到了晚上由於是復活假有很多人租用酒店所以那些青年不停在房裏驕陽非常嘈吵可以說是整晚隔音非常差其他都沒有太大問題只是樓層比較薄很容易聽到樓上及樓下的聲音

This was the cheaper of the two Travelodge options in Kingston. They are very close together - very centrally located. The cheaper one has yet to be refurbished but was - in my opinion - clean, comfortable and good value. Thank you!

We Had a lovely stay at the hotel and great location. Would recommend staying there but can be noisy outside.

Great hotel and great management, highly recommended, the manager is highly accommodating and a great help, highly recommended place and helpful towards disabled customers, and as a longtime customer of Travelodge I highly recommend it

Stayed at Travelodge to hang out in London and see the Banksy Art and Spice of Life bar - good convenient accommodation.

Firstly, the hotel staff are fantastic, very friendly and caring about their guests, well done team. But unfortunately on my 2 night stay, my 2nd night (Friday) hardly any sleep was had at all. Firstly the hotel fire alarm went off at 2am (false alarm someone vaping) fair enough, these things happen sometimes. But the hotel is attached to the now vacant old Wilkos shop and there fire alarm gets activated in these situations too and couldn’t be turned off until daytime so you had to listen to it for the rest of the night. Also, the website fails to mention to be aware of possible late night noise from a neighbouring nightclub, and there was a lot of noise from revellers leaving between 2am and 4am. Didnt really sleep the rest of the night, because of these issues and because I closed my window to try and reduce the noise, this left the room to warm on a summers night. Room and hotel in general, basic and no frills but clean and fine for the budget price I paid. Such a shame, because I was expecting better, especially from its location in the West End of London

Really friendly and helpful staff, clean but basic. The shower was good and hot. The bathroom was clean if not a bit small (mm clearance when sitting on the loo!). There is no air conditioning and with window open, there was a lot of traffic noise all hours of the night from the one way system. Bed and pillows were comfortable. As they say, you get what you pay for!

Our was a advanced overnight stay booking. Our room was dust and had not been cleaned properly. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic, but the hotel let them down. The work done is shoddy and cleaning staff need to be held responsible for their work. Bathroom is tiny. There was limescale on the shower and a dirty plughole. The shower curtain caused water to drop all over the floor which is safety hazard esp for disabled people and children. If the improve their standards it will be great travelodge, but at the moment, in the state it's in, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

no key cards and no manager to sort out said complaints. had to stand around and wait for stafff to take us up n down to our rooms. lifts literally falling apart and panels held back on by gorilla tape. disgusting

The people at Travelodge London Rd Kingston were so helpful and really helped make our stay pleasant. It is newly refurbished and very clean and bright.
